I guess there are many CNY and USD from users that trade them, but can't withdraw it because they don't have a bank or whatever. They are lost if Bter won't resume trading.

CNY withdrawals are enabled now. USD and NXT presently not. Don't lose your time guys if you happen to have CNY balances at bter, rats are already running!
They are kidding us, I can't still withdraw my nxt & the various altcoins.
The empty fields are for bank account details (as google tells me), so the only private info there seems to be my total CNY balance. I don't think it will be of interest to anyone.
