feel free to give creativeX a negative trust on bitcointalk too... not that he will ever be likely to come back but the more people who know this guy is not to be trusted the better.

tbomb was in charge of the group (adding members, etc) but he hasn't been around for a while. He hasn't been active on this forum since before Christmas.
Ideally a US based shareholder would take the lead. I've come to the conclusion creativex is a bit of a failure in life; suffice to say this was never a professional mining outfit. Civil and/or criminal complaints should follow. Not sure what the chances of recovery are but at this point I would be happy just to see a scammer brought to (some form of) justice.

Not likely. Eric Corlew is not the creativex we thought we knew. He's gone (from here) and there's no sign he has any intention of coming back or otherwise communicating with shareholders. So has there been any progress then? Sorry for my earlier jibe - I am actually genuinely asking.
I saw that Burnside said he would keep the most current list of shareholders for at least a year. Just need to put a little pressure on Eric to release the shareholder assets to someone else. And we can get this show back on the road.
