How much funds are being left on the account that has been banned? I think they will not ruin their reputation with a small amount, they are here for how many years of service and I think they will not ruin their reputation. 

If you didn't break any rules written on their TOS then why you are banned? For sure they will never do that on their legitimate costumer and its a lose for their business if they eliminate their costumer just like that. But if that's what you really think it  is maybe try again to contact them since for sure bustabit owner will answer you since they have a reputation to protect here. Also expect delays since sometimes getting answer from support takes time.

I have been here in the forum for years Devans is quite reputable and Bustabit also has a good reputation. My question is, have you read the TOS before using the site, I believed that you have probably violated the terms and the reason they blocked you. Once we use a gambling casino it means we agree first to the terms and if you violated this you need to accept the fact that you are under punishment. Besides, you can also ask them politely and not this way. There is a chance that they back your account, just saying, I don't know the whole story either and I hope Devans will reply to you sooner or later.

I already explained the reasons to them multiple times in private and also again briefly here on the forum:

I honestly absolutely do not think devans banned him for a single statement in chat. Many portals would have no users left in no time. Such statements or curses and insults are actually read daily in the chat boxes.

You don't have to offend anyone. Lots of people have a gambling problem, and losing savings is the first step to becoming addicted and getting into financial trouble. When the casino hears of something like this, it is legally bound to block the user's account. This is regulated by law. If they didn't, they might be in trouble. I think this is just a misunderstanding that will surely be cleared up after contact with support.

Devans says he doesn't read here regularly, so the most sensible thing to do would be to contact him via support form. He should answer you as soon as possible and explain why the account was banned. The single "I lost my savings here" statement will hardly be it, similar things can be read regularly in the chat, even if they are mostly - just like in your case - of course not meant seriously.

One thing that happens with me .... I will bet an amount on manual bet and then it will work for a few bets and when the higher multiplier come.... and I cash out early at a high multiplier.. it will hang a bit and crash... without registering my "cashout" command.

I do not know if my connection to the server "time-out" when I do not respond for a longer period ...when it runs up a higher multiplier or if it is something else. (I sometime have to refresh the browser... because it looks as if it is losing the sync to the actual draw)

To my knowledge, the only possible ways to get permanently locked from betting are the following: Claiming that you’re underage, claiming that you have a gambling problem, claiming that you are playing from a prohibited jurisdiction, or your own judgement.

In this case, I did not claim to be underage, I never claimed to have a gambling problem, I’ve also never claimed that I played from a prohibited jurisdiction.

I said the sentence “I lost my savings here” after losing some of my profit. I never actually lost my savings, I thought that was quite obvious being as I only lost around £2k. I can actually prove that I’m financially stable by showing bank statements if that's what I have to do.

You banned me solely on your own judgement, making it quite egotistical of you to be so stubborn on your decision as you believe your judgement is always accurate, which this case is proven not to be.

I play only for entertainment, only to have fun and to cure my boredom. I’m aware that gambling is a platform for entertainment and not a means of making money. I can prove to you that I don’t have a problem by showing my BTC transaction history and bank statements. Just get back to me and I’ll send the proof. Or just be realistic and revoke my ban.

Look you may have some sort of vengeance against Daniel, which is understandable each person to its own nobody will tell you what you could feel. However the problem here is that you are trying to lay that problem to everyone, and act as if daniel is doing this to everyone. I mean you gotta face it, we have been gambling here for YEARS and we never had problems. We never had any problems when RHavar was managing it, we never had any when danny took over.

Devans has been one of the most utmost great owners of any casino I have ever seen with his constantly being fair and also quite active here as well. You have your own problems with him and I hope you take care of it, but you gotta stop acting like he is doing the same thing to all of us. We are fine, we like him, its you that has a problem with him and as long as you change your complaint to what you have with him instead of what he is? Then we got no problem. Don't say things like "he is a bad person" say things like "he did a bad thing to me" and that's understandable.

In one comment you state you were banned for "winning too much", in another you said you asked for a tip after you lost all your BTC.

There was a Bustabit user last year named WangTang_V2 that was routinely betting $1M+/round, winning nearly 400 BTC at his peak. Conversely, another user named Semcitty was down 167 BTC before his fortunes turned around and he ultimately ended with an 8 BTC profit.

I give you these two examples to show that neither user were ever treated any differently than anyone else, nor were they limited or banned for "winning too much". To my knowledge, the only ways to get banned from Bustabit or Bustadice include: Claiming that you're underage, claiming that you have a gambling problem, claiming that you are playing from a prohibited jurisdiction, begging for money in chat, and/or spamming nonsense in chat.


If Daniel wanted to exit scam he wouldn't turn away money from customers, he'd do the exact opposite.

How can you base your speculation of my relationship with gambling solely on me asking to be unbanned?

The Daniel I, and everyone else on the site seems to know is one that can be trusted and is a fair guy. But I've stood by silently for long enough.

Slowly I have been piecing the puzzle pieces together in regards to behavior from Daniel that I could not explain. And the whole picture is beginning to finally come together before my very eyes.

From the numerous reports from people, discussions between fellow members of the busta community, to the constant lies I have caught Daniel

And when I ask Daniel "why are you lying?" He just tells me to not write to him, or he will just flat out ignore me and not even bother responding because he knows he has no good explanation for his actions.

I'm telling you now Ryan, I have EVERYTHING... email, screenshots of conversations with Daniel, as well as evidence from other members of busta who were having to deal with Daniels constant abuse of power. Some of it even goes well beyond any sort of gambling. Daniel is holding personal grudges against a lot of people and abusing his power without any reason to do so.
