It very interesting to see gambling site that combined but luck and skills which will give inexperienced player to go on luck and might win big base on that, I will try the site out hope one can deposits with bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.
You can't use your skills on bustabit's game since it's really depends from luck. Just many weeks ago someone has lose 297 bitcoins on bustabit because of greediness (yes, he was up to 297 bitcoins from 0 but he didn't stop). However, please reply on the thread which given by @hopenotlate since this is an old bustabit's thread

We have completely abandoned the Bustabit topic!
Or maybe he switched the article to another topic???

This one you are writing in is the old topic , the one created by bustabit game creator.
He sold to Devans back in the days and the new owner made his own new thread here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bustabit-the-original-crash-game-2897545

Unfortunately Espringe is not around anymore and his old thread cannot be locked unless admin decides to do so.

Thanks for the information provided.
I will write my question in the topic you specified.

 But I'll write here.
Maybe someone from the developers will read and check whether the new game is a bustabit clown or is it still another project, maybe with elements of this game?

Then it will be clear who the authors of this topic are.

I guess the summary is there are two types of bustabit players:
a) Those who play casually and against the house (and generally are bonus oblivious)
b) Those who play competitively for bonuses

libertynow with his bonus bot obviously belong to group b) and greatly benefits from playing against people in group a) (to their detriment).

I think it's the fairest approach to try separate these groups of players, I'm just trying to find the smoothest way to do it.  One thing I'm experimenting now with is a special PvP variant of bustabit with high bonuses, starting from 0.9x and being 0% house edge. And to limit the unbounded risk of offering a 0% house edge game, if the net profit is < 0, there will be a small rake. (e.g. if the game loses 20 BTC, there will be a 0.1% rake, or 100 BTC and a 1% rake etc. )

Anyway, nothing is going to be happening soon. So no need to panic. Just playing around with stuff to do my best to make everyone happy  Grin

Did you end up creating that game?

I've put together a short overview of what's new in version 2 of bustabit in its new announcement thread. I'll post all news and future updates there as well.

Well, lowering the fees is really great feature at bustabit v2, but unfortunately (at least for me) is it the only one. On the other side - weird dark design, repeatedly troubles with inputting values into fields (payouts, increase bet...whatever), (probably?) no bonuses in any games, etc ... sad at all.

Is there something like "original bustabit v1" clone somewhere over there ?
Well it does say that they are testing out the new version as it is there way to show that Daniel from bustadice is the new owner of busabit. Also the dark theme is not that bad compared to the original design, in fact I like the new one better although with flaws about some various fields it will be fixed with their tech support. It would just take time for you to be used to with the new user interface of the site.
Flaws from which fields?
As far as I can tell from using the new version of the site I have not run into any so far.
It runs just as the old one only a new interface is all I can tell really is the major difference.
They did have a way to switch between the wagering chart in the old one so maybe they will implement this feature some way in the future for the ones who do not like their change of style of the new site.
Overall I do like what I have experienced so far.

Ryan, do you plan to make something with transaction fee, e.g. "multiple output for more players", as you mentioned sometime ago ? At least now, could you please lowering the fee into some more reasonable level? E.g. 600-700 bits ? I think 900 bits is "more than enough" now (and anyway, my last withdrawal went out with 511 bits fee in fact, so the 600-700 level would be enough, I believe). Thanks!

Yup, in less than a week we should have a totally overhauled withdrawal system that gives users better choice and works far better in general =D

Do you mean to split the withdrawal fee in three ways like other side did? Low, normal and fast? May be you can but still it does not really matter here, what I know, people want to have small fee with faster withdrawal which is impossible so I scare many people will start on using low and start complaining around when their money not in their wallet on some period time

I think that bustabit is always the same game, it doesn't change! maybe you can add some other games
The game is called bustabit I don't think that adding games will be necessary for there growth as players know that they are going to the site to play what they have which is bustabit. They are known of this game and if there is no demand for an additional game there will be no players for that game. If you really want to play other games you can go to other gambling sites which offer a wide variety of games. Also there type of user interface only caters or supports one kind of game, having a complete overhaul will surprise old members.
