That is not a strategy you must always buy low and sell high but it might be seen as a new strategy because most people prefer buying high and selling low 
so if we do this, how we can make a profit and how we can increase our money?
I think if you get the coin at the high price, the only one that you can do is still hold the coin until the price reaches more than the price you buy so you can sell and make a profit. but if you did that over and over, I guarantee that you don't have to wait for a long time to get lose all of your money

yes you really should be trading strategy should be like that, buy when the price drops or when the price falls and after that wait until the price back up and do not until you sell it at a very cheap price that will only make you experience a lot of losses.

Right but the current scenario is different and there are many who are buying low intending to sell high in future. So this is a good strategy indeed only if you hold the coins till the time you get the maximum marginal benefit. This is the beauty of the crypto market that even in the fall, when people think the crypto is ending, there are those who see the streaks of hopes and step in the market for the impending profit.

an easy yet difficult if the system should be applied to the actual circumstances. selling price is high it is the thing that many people want. but when buying at low prices and wait for a rise in it is difficult. many feel the Ascension very shortly occur even always down. eventually, they sold what they buy at cheaper prices.

The best strategy, but unlikely, is possible. We are in a bearish market and many people are giving up their nerves and they sell all coins on the bottoms, it's good if you keep strong coins and they do not fall as much as many shitkoins.
Buy low sell high is well-known and also another one is "buy high sell higher". Essentially what these strategies teach is the importance to take profits at the right times.
The problem is... when all the market is red, you keep watching your money burning second after second... and you can think "oh come on, if it keeps to dump, I'll lose everything..." and then you sell...

It's hard to track prices all the time actually, and read graphics etc..
It is always the best way to make sure profits yet people or no one can do it perfectly. No one knows which and when is the lowest price and before it even start rising again, people are always late and afraid to buy. So a word of mouth is not as easy to do in the reality. Though I think it will be the best strategy too, I think people should have knowledge, skills and if you suddenly fail, people should know how to wait, adapt and cope up with situation just to avoid depression and further losses.
This is a strategy that any trader wants to do this. But it's not easy to do it. It depends on the experience and level of each trader

It's a great moment to do that because most crypto are green recently.
Of course sometimes I feel regret to sell it cheap because bitcoin still can go higher more than I can expect but this is crypto, the risky investment but you can expect more profit on it !
I agree with you, because if buying at a low price and selling at high prices will benefit, but I think it is very difficult to determine when the right time to buy, because I often buy too quickly so the profit is not much, it is difficult to determine the lowest price
