The market falls over the course of the year. I think this rule has lost its relevance. News does not have a strong influence on crypto.
This is not exactly a rumor. This is news. And the price rises due to this. It is not known to what level the price of Ethereum will grow. It is possible that this is only the beginning of growth on this coin. I doubt that the price will fall much after the fork.

yeah Ethereum trade volume has increase until the Hardfork finished, after okex and binance says support the ethereum hardfork volume for Ethereum has growing, and we have chance and take action for this event 
If it is fair, then using fundamental analysis it is almost impossible to make money on the cryptocurrency market, since the market as a whole has already adapted to this and already doesn’t react much, so it’s better to try making money using technical analysis.

The existence of rumors or news circulating I personally do not care so much, because long before this I still hold and believe in ether. Getting positive and negative rumors and news is indeed good for us to be able to make decisions that will at least strengthen ourselves, but if we don't believe in the potential of good coins, then I feel it's useless to believe rumors and news circulating, because basically you always worry about coins that have good potential in the future and easily lose confidence just because the price falls.

It is not new that when there is an upcoming hard fork of any well known cryptocurrency or coin that is ranked at the top, people are immediately buying it because holders of the coin will receive an amount of hard fork coins after the hard fork depending on how many you are holding and the ratio that will be given per coin, so yes it is an opportunity to make free money from forks while the price is also rising due to many people wants to claim free hard fork coins but only if there are exchanges that will list it on their platforms.Also it should be worth considering if the new coin which will be distributed as a result of ETH hard fork is worth or not. Eth price has increased a lot in last 10 days and I do not think so it will retain this price near or after the hardfork. The current high price is surely based on bulk buying of ETH Fomo.

This is not a rumor, Ethereum Hardfork is really happening on January 16, I don't want to say that you are late and you missed the train because I think the train this time will go far, that is my beliefs and not a recommendation to buy, you should make your own decisions but based on that this is real news and not rumors. Hopefully this rumour will be happening for sure as the value of ETH is changing in daily basis is really good to see and still we do have lot of chance to buy ETH even now the value is very low. we can make good profit if we start buying now however future of ETH will be over the moon and this will happen one day.

It's a bit late for that I think, it's been news for a while now, the rumour phase was a long time ago. Remember that a hard fork doesn't necessarily mean a new currency as well - if everyone goes with the forked chain then that's the only one that matters.
