I don't see any reason why you would want to sell your coins in a bear market. It is not a good decision, the only thing that you should be doing in a market that is low like this is buying coins for cheap prices. If you are not a trader then what you should be doing is holding the coins that you have now, in wait for the next bull. DO NOT SELL YOUR COINS, YOU WILL END UP REGRETTING IT.
I think for now I prefer to make a purchase rather than sell at a cheap price, because the price of coins today is very much that decline in price so if we want to sell at this time will probably only get bigger losses, but we must dare to making it a long-term investment for future profits.
Just buy, do not sell now. You could sell it later when prices will risw again after the last dip. With the current prices only buying is possible. So buy and wait.
