In my opinion we should buy at this price because in my opinion it is still very good and potential rather than wait. Today we have seen the market become better than ever. So i realize the market will recover in this October.
For me when the dip happen in the market is at not great situation wherein the market value is very low and you should be careful of that.
Therefore it will be better to wait for a longer period of time in order to escape from that loss that you may incurred. Waiting for a longer period of time gives you more chances to obtained higher income.

Selling is the best option but always find the right timing to sell. At the current market, I would say it's not a good time to sell, most of the investors now have bought during the peak so they have to wait

Anything BTC and other good coins i am holding dips, I normally buy more and when it increase, I will sell off a little bit of it and still hold the exact amount i was holding in the beginning

I have a strategy since i join crypto currency, and it has always been to buy at dip, I don't buy when the price are on the rise, I buy at dip and wait for the price so go up so that I will make my profit, it's been working great for me.
Most of the people never buy in dip market because people think if market again going to dip so they are lose huge money, there are too many people start trading with a low amount and lot’s of people buy token with a low amount, I think if you want to buy token so must invest minimum five hundred dollar then you can buy in dip market, if you see market is going to pump so you must sell and when you see market is show red signal so you must buy token and hold it until market show green signal.
So BTC and most alts are down 10-25% pretty much across the board from 6:30 est. this morning.

If this scenario will occur again, I will buy more once i have more funds and hold it for a long time period. Like when you invest in bitcoin, this coin is obviously intended for long term Investment, so for the better profits we must be patient by holding it long.
IN my opinion, it is one heck of a chance to invest right now. Because a reduction in the market value of an asset does not results in the reduction of the potential in the technology. Besides, in the initial stages, when the marginal profitability by the asset is very high, investment is encouraged a lot.
It's about waiting or cut-loss, depending on your knowledge and the coins you are holding, waiting with useless coins will make you cry at the end. Wait with good coins will make you some richer, just be educated and make some good strategies, learn the basic of trading and go with the trends. 
You're right, I would certainly choose to wait compared to taking other decisions. well, another thing we can decide at the end of the year, whether to be very good or sell it, or still keep it. well, this will be interesting.

I do not think that this is a good moment to buy. If there is growth, it is better to buy in the process of growth. Falling knives, so-so buy strategy.
