As explained many times, buying at one point is always up to your carrying psychology. If you feel you can handle price stalling and sometimes even going down for months, you may buy right now and do nothing more. But personally I feel like 35k would be too expensive in current situation. Because we are not in bull market yet, its still too early as we have 2 more months in 2023. 25k was real bottom to buy I suppose, not sure.
The willingness to buy bitcoin at the market price will affect psychology because anyone will be disappointed if the market price does not increase according to expectations, so the right solution is to apply the DCA strategy to buy gradually at the market correction price because every time the market increases there will definitely be a correction that reaches the price below 29k before bullish. You can set your own DCA strategy depending on market predictions and at least the DCA strategy can manage the risk of loss if the market suddenly experiences a high correction and you do not experience high losses if you buy from all funds at that price point.

Hallo people,

I bought some bitcoin at 26/27/30 and 31k. all profit so far, I am thinking about buying more, but is 35k te expensive to buy bitcoin?
You can buy even if the price is above $35K since the market rally hasn't started and the current surge in price is just the market bullish preparation. What's important is the goal/plan you have the investment, and the risk management.

If your plan is long-term, you can buy, but if there is a possibility of immediate exit from the market, you may need to think again. The prices you purchase are at very good levels and you can keep cash in your hand in case they reach these levels again. The decision should be yours.

If you are psychologically ready and the price drops from the point you bought it, this will not affect you, you can buy it. If the opposite is the case, Bitcoin always presents a new buying opportunity, so wait a bit.

If you bought at $35k and look at the market right now, you’ll see a loss but if you will look at the longer time frame, then the price right now is still ideal and a good opportunity to buy. Do DCA for now, it is the best way to deal with the market and as you can see, the price is still not stable and there’s still no assurance that we will pump that much, also think long term and plan ahead.
Of course if you have patience and the ability to invest in bitcoin for a few years, now would still be a good buy. After the halving, usually the price always started to rise. Next year there will be a halving, so there will definitely be a bull market in a few years.

Yes, so after buying at $35K, never look at the price again because it will be a little curious and become doubtful because the loss continues to eat away at it.
If the plan is for the long term then of course the current price is ideal to buy unless he is a trader then will continue to think about the price movement.
DCA is the best way to invest with a long-term plan that will continue to accumulate until a certain price then I myself will continue to buy at the current price.

I know people who got into Bitcoin at 50k$ so I think buying BTC at 35k is really a good deal as long as you have the patience to wait and not get into panic mode and sell your BTC.

Right now , if I was in your place I would patiently holding my Bitcoin and maybe even accumulate a bit more if you have goods for it but if not , just wait for it to enter into full Bull run cycle as for now we are still testing some prices , zones and all of this are happening while the whales are accumulating even more. Depends on your risks management and depending into your decision because we dont know if the price would really be that tending to shoot up more to 40k or not but since you've been  buying up with those 20k+
price then it is obviously that you are indeed in profits, The question is, are you going for long  term? If yes then it would really be not that much of an issue if you do buy on 35k.
But for me then i would really be waiting up for some correction since we've been going up recently and i do anticipate that there would really be some pullbacks on which i would say that it would
really be that worth on re-entering when it comes to price or maximizing possible bottom but still not an assurance.

This what makes things really that hard on which you cant really be so sure if your purchase or buy points are really that worth and its normal that we are really that going
for the most bottom price as much as possible because we know that going bottom would really be able to maximize your profits with that.

If you zoom out and look at what the price of Bitcoin could do in the future, And considering that you are not after short-term gains or expectations, $35k is still a fair price for one to accumulate some Bitcoin even way up to $69k previous ATH, Should Bitcoin mirrored the 2x plus in price it did in its previous bull cycles. Use an amount of money that you think you are okay with losing and have little or no worries and wait patiently, we are getting closer to the main event the more.
You can buy Bitcoin at $35k, of course, it is half of what the last ATH was, this is not bad , those who see it badly are because they will buy the Price where it was at $26k and they did not buy there because it was Something they should have take advantage, but since People are told that bitcoin is going up, they should take advantage of the fact that it is a good Opportunity , if everyone thinks that it is not going to go up, that is a lie, I have ideas that I told them they would buy and they didn't, and when they see the news they buy, when they buy it they didn't tell me anything because it makes them sad , but I do Keep telling them to buy , it went up a little, but they have to keep Buying , because the Opportunity is still there.

Why not wait for it to make a correction and buy it when another bullish trend is being reestablished?
Buying now is still not too expensive as the price cannot be predicted and nobody knows how the market will be in a short period of time. If you said he should wait till the price goes lower than this, who knows if this is an opportunity for him to buy and the price may start rising? -snip-
I don't think you understand how the market works, because if you do, you won't just advice like a layman without having a valid reason to buy at that expensive level, one should advise like a professional or keep mute. Of course, no one is perfect in investment but there still exists conditions to guide investors, have you thought of that?

This is an investment, not trading that one could miss out on outrightly and painfully, anyone could enter if the bullishness persists in investment. But with what Bitcoin is doing now, with its hesitation to buy further having bought almost $10,000 in just a month, don't you think it's ideal and most reasonable to wait for a correction? An opportunity to buy cheap?

You don't just know how the market works, and if you can risk it, let others use their wisdom. After all, the guy has already bought Bitcoin, he's not missing out outrightly, it's wise to DCA at this point and not continue to buy foolishly at once at this current expensive price.

So the thing is that if he is hoping to hodl for a long time, it is still okay to buy more if he has the funds in hand, as we all believe that the price might be higher than we are thinking, or if we say he should wait, he may eat the money he has already budgeted to buy more and add to his investment. So for that, I think the OP can go on and buy to hodl for a long period of time, but he should invest the amount he can afford to lose.

The feeling of the expensive price of Bitcoin is felt by people who do not intend to own Bitcoin and have no knowledge of Bitcoin.

Something being expensive to someone is not all about knowledge; what matters is the ability to purchase such a thing at the given price. We have many people who are willing to hoard bitcoin, but the funds to buy it are not there, and it is not that these people lack the knowledge they have, while others are there who have already bought it but need more, and the current price is too high for them. Are we going to say that these people do not have the knowledge? Nah mate. So I think you should also consider the condition. Sometimes you may wish to buy something, but due to finances, you may not get such a thing at that time because the money it requires is not there, and you will see it as something expensive even if you know everything about such a thing.

The price is predicted to continue its bullish move. It continues to have the uptrend as the investors are much into buying. The RSI is at the overbought which makes the bullish move strong. The market is gaining resistance to move higher to cross the $35k barrier. This won't be broken shortly. It could fall back, till $31000 and retest to move forward. Based on this market situation it is good for OP to continue his buying at the moment and look for increasing his holding through trading participation. Right now is good as there is regular market fluctuation happening in a better range.

What are your goals and how long do you plan to hold that bitcoin? Without knowing that it is impossible to know if bitcoin is in fact too expensive for you, because something being expensive or not is relative to the needs and wants of each person, if what you want are short term profits and sell your coins in a few weeks then 35k could be in fact too expensive of a price for you, although the price right now sitting at 33.5k, but if your goal is to hold bitcoin and sell it when the bull run is ongoing then 35k is a cheap price to pay for bitcoin.

1 Bitcoin is traded at today's price. You dare to say that you all made a profit because you bought it below the current price. You should have a clear answer if you buy Bitcoin at a price of $35k.

The feeling of the expensive price of Bitcoin is felt by people who do not intend to own Bitcoin and have no knowledge of Bitcoin.
If you have a basis around profit and loss, I think the question of whether $35k is expensive to buy Bitcoin is unnecessary to ask.

The thing that people who understand profit and loss should think about is what the price of the previous ATH was and what the price of the next ATH will be. How big is the profit when buying at $35k and how much is the loss because you think too long about the high price.

I decide based on some very simple rules. One of these rules is if I feel good owning bitcoin that's bought at certain price level.
It feels like OP felt fine buying at 30 and 31k but is starting to have doubts as we get close to 35k, which to me would be a red light, a sign that I should stop buying.
If you don't feel comfortable at a given price - don't buy it. You're here to hold and be happy, not to wake up at night to check the price.

I think it's not ideal to buy on that price because any time soon it will retrace before the price go higher and create another high. Always buy in the higher low or swing low to maximize our profit if we are longing. However, we can't predict the price movement in the market, so all we have to do is to anticipate and look for sign of weakness to occur before we decide to buy. Base on my analysis, the possible price it can go is around 30k. If ever you miss the opportunity because the price didn't go 30k, don't lose hope immediately. There is always opportunity in the market.

Depend on your decision, I think if want accumulate bitcoin as much possibility and you want to be long term holder its not bad ideas buy bitcoin right now but give moment awhile for bitcoin bit drop under $35k. Today bitcoin price around $33,900 and right moment if you want buy back and keep hold it until raise to higher price, you have earned much profit before when investing in bitcoin around 26/27/30 and 31k and more excited keep accumulate until halving time arrive.
Looks more promising in several months later with bitcoin potential close halving up to higher price, still not late although bitcoin success raised to $35k its not really expensive depend for future potential price will be close with last ATH price,  keep your own research are right moment to buy bitcoin right now or waiting for few days later but don't be disappointed when bitcoin make another moving up price.
