As far you're hodling for a long time then it's not a high price.
We can speculate all we want but the truth is we can't say with certainty how the price will be in the short run, but I can say with a degree of certainty that the price will go high in the long run to an extent that $35k it is today will be a relatively low price.
If nothing else, Bitcoin halving will surely make us see a bull run, maybe not as much or high as in other years but Bitcoin would experience a bull run because speculations will increase the demand for Bitcoin thereby increasing the price.

Its a good position that you've bought your bitcoin at the price of 31k I guess you doubt the bitcoin when the price drops of 24k USD, but still it depends on your goal, its all depends on your strategy and plan if you want to hold your bitcoin since you bought it and wait for the next ATH its good because you do not need to make stress up things with the market volatility but if you will make a trade every market price movement do a scalping or short trade so you don't need to wait for a long time to your profit. Just my sats halving is coming possible price fluctuate before the next uptrend.

I bought some bitcoin at 26/27/30 and 31k. all profit so far, I am thinking about buying more, but is 35k te expensive to buy bitcoin?
It depends on your investment goal and experience my friend, but if I were you, I might wait for now. The reason is that first, you've already bought and won your Bitcoin, congratulations on that, but also at an expensive price. Buying at about $35,000 is more expensive at this time that the market is heavily overbought.

Why not wait for it to make a correction and buy it when another bullish trend is being reestablished?

Hallo people,

I bought some bitcoin at 26/27/30 and 31k. all profit so far, I am thinking about buying more, but is 35k te expensive to buy bitcoin?
You can if you think that bitcoin would be worth more in the future. Right now its RSI is quite high and this might suggest a pull back but of course this level suggest too a healthy run for bitcoin so it might start to rise in the coming days and if you add some news on the bitcoin etf approval and related news, it really fuels some hype and bullish sentiment for everyone while also waiting for the bitcoin halving which served as an indicator of bull run like last time.

People just forgot the fact that bitcoin is at low price compare as before so there's nothing to get panic on such situation since we provably know that it could stretch up in future. For now its expected that there's a pull back to happen since that cycle normally happen after the pump. Also If that ETF approval will really happen and we can add up the hype brought up by the halving event then imagine on what price we are heading on. For sure there's a lot of demands will be created at earlier and this will be continue until next year since to many people are so positive on those news effects. Hopefully we can see that ETF approval to happen since to many people monitoring about those news and we can see Bitcoin consider as good asset by those officials.

But given that the price is less than this, why can't you purchase? I am aware that all of this may be part of your plan, but you might have made significantly more money than this right now. Well, it all depends on how you look and your strategy. You may proceed if you determine that now is still a perfect moment to buy. No matter how long it takes, I think you can still turn a profit. I am aware that you cannot possibly lose money in it. You purchased between 26k to 31k at a risk, and you have no regrets. I can still claim that purchasing bitcoin now is too not  expensive; but, you are still taking a risk by doing so. We all think that the price of bitcoin will rise above this, but we cannot simply predict when. Simply keep in mind that a profit needs to be built if you have the funds to purchase you can, it's all your choice.

Now you are afraid of the price, which has become a little higher, but imagine that it does not fall to the price that would convince you. You will definitely regret missing out on buying now. So make a choice, and don't blame yourself for the decision you make. In the end, each of us is going to hold at least until the halving, and there is still plenty of time to buy. Make it a habit of not checking the price regularly, and then your decisions will automatically be made to buy at any price.

Bagging more pieces of bitcoin at the present status of the market seems like a solid strategy but there's awareness about the high volatility of the market. If I happen to be in your shoes, I would probably sell off the available bitcoins in my portfolio, then withdraw the profits. Next action is for me to scalp another good entry on bitcoin chart, thoroughly implementing technical analysis, I personally wait for the market to come to me, illustrating hitting my entries and bagged another pieces, this process can be carried out over and over again repeatedly. Though going for long term projects, bitcoin ought to be among because fee years back, it dumped from ATH to ATL and there's strong probabilities of bitcoin retesting back to form a new ATH.

$26k, which was the lower price you bought, was already pretty expensive because at the start of this year, Bitcoin dipped to $16k. That should be the benchmark for deciding if it's a good deal or not. So, if you're still buying at $35k, it doesn't seem that bad, especially when you consider that Bitcoin reached $60k as its all-time high. Just think about its future potential; take a step back and look at the bigger picture. I'm pretty sure you won't sell it right away once you start seeing some profit, right? The current all-time high is only at $60k; in the next bull run, I'm confident it'll surpass that, maybe even hit $100k easily.

It's best to wait for the price to correct before you buy it again.
$35k is the price where people are starting to sell, but you are still buying.
You really have to manage how and at what price you buy, DCA is fine but you have to know when is the right time to buy and when to get out. Buying when FOMO is too hasty, even though you can still get a cheaper price.
I know your target price is still high, but buying at a lower price is better.

Because if you invested 31k bitcoins then you should have profit on current position. Don't invest now, wait until this October when Bitcoin will drop again and invest. and make decisions for long-term stockpiling. Keep in mind that Bitcoin will most likely not drop below thirty thousand again, but will rise to $40,000 by the end of this year.

We may not know what would happen to the price movement after buying it at $35k. No price range would guarantee you anything.

If I were in your shoes though, I would wait for the market to calm down and successfully maintained it's current support level before deciding to buy at this price.

I am currently at a profit because I've bought them somewhere around $19k to $31k range respectively last year with my extra "not beer" money because of being a long-term thinker by doing DCA (dollar-cost averaging).

If you are that kind of thinker who doesn't really care about the price but more on the long-term result, then this may possibly answer your own question. Just my two sats.

I think it depends on your goals. If you want to hold short term then you need to be careful because usually after the price rises quite sharply there will be a slight price correction. However, if you intend to hold bitcoin for the long term then the current price still seems quite cheap

Predicting the price of bitcoin is not easy, and therein lies the risk in bitcoin trading. If you have a good monthly income then I suggest you hold bitcoin for a longer time because it will be better

Even while the price was at $26k, $27k, $30k and $31k at which you bought from respectively were all a high price to some. A bet you there are those who couldn’t buy for this exact reason of a high price and still haven’t bought up till now. You’ve succeeded to set a DCA plan in motion, even without you noticing it, you could as well continue the buying and not be too concerned of what price it is.
What should be your concern at the moment is what plans you’ve got for your investment.

Your earlier buys are all in profit with the current price boom but, it doesn’t mean there are assurances it would stay that way. Bitcoin prices do fluctuate but your plans ensures you only get to sell if you must, while your in profit.

Hallo people,

What have you the courage to buy around 30k and 31k. I think you are only afraid now because bitcoin pump to a recent high but don't worry, if $34k becomes a strong support, we can see an upside move before the end of the month because there is a monthly candle that bitcoin must close and if indeed ETF motion is still positive, it will stay above that price. So you have nothing to fear if you are holding but if you are short term trader take your profit and re-examine the market again.

You can also buy at this 34k and use a trailing stop loss or just use stop loss. It will help you minimize the lost, that's why you are a trader, you should use it for proper risk management.
The way am even seeing bitcoin I think that the price of bitcoin will soon rise because we are already approaching next year 2024, any bitcoin you buy now I don't think that you will lose because predictions people is emphasising that the price of bitcoin will go high immediately we enters 2024, but that is not I believe, I do believe the investors who invest in bitcoin more than the people who think that its mandatory and compulsory that bitcoin price will definitely fall or being questioning why did he or she purchase such amount of bitcoin, its better as op purchase the coin because nobody knows tomorrow if bitcoin price will increase more than what we expected

Since you have previously purchased some Bitcoins, I would advise you to refrain from making new purchases at this price level. You should not spend all the available money to buy coins and you should always have a part of the stablecoins in your wallet that you can spend on buying when the price drops significantly.
Yes - that's DCA [Dollar Cost Averaging]. OP can apply the DCA strategy when investing - but if he has plans to be a long-term investor, then a lump sum is fine too. After all $35K is the highest price of the year which just happened yesterday. I'm not sure buying and investing in those areas is a bad thing, especially since bitcoin seems to be getting more demand ahead of the halving. Of course DCA can help him get a better average price - but OP will have to fit that into his plan.

Hallo people,
Hi

I bought some bitcoin at 26/27/30 and 31k. all profit so far, I am thinking about buying more, but is 35k te expensive to buy bitcoin?
You are trying to accumulate Bitcoin as fast as possible but you should not be in a rush. No time is the best and no time is worst time to buy Bitcoin it all depends on the strategy you are using to accumulate. All the price you bought the previous one you are  now seeing an upward trend so mathematically you on profit. If buying more Bitcoin now at 35k would go against your strategy of accumulation then i will suggest you should not buy more unless its otherwise. For instance if your Dcaing buying Bitcoin now does not affects as long as it involves gradually accumulating a certain amount periodically. Investing in Bitcoin should be done with money you do not afford to loose unless your buying large like lump sum when ever the price go down to the desire amount you can afford. 35k is not expensive to buy as long as you can afford it, if it is an amount you know you can afford to loose then you can buy or DCA gradually and buy .

You're talking about profits, have you sold your Bitcoin?  Undecided
Sure, when you bought them below the current price, you get the profits if you sell now.
But if your target is for selling at the bullrun season, you must hold them and not too early talking about the profits now.

Regarding your plan buying at $35k, I think it is like panic buying. You must understand that when Bitcoin can reach a new high price, it must drop again. The previous price was about $29k, so it is possible that the price drop again around $30k-$31k after it reached $35k today. If I were you, I prefer to see & wait first. I will decide to buy again after a few day, look at how the potential of the price to drop again.

you use the DCA method and it is very popular at the moment for bitcoin investors. btw just make bitcoin ATH your benchmark in buying bitcoin gradually, because if you look at bitcoin's ATH, the current price of bitcoin is still far below it. there are other things that have the potential to make the price of bitcoin even higher, that is the halving moment, so don't hesitate to buy bitcoin when the price is at $35k.
