I think he meant that it's anonymous. Yes, you can see where the coins go but it's a bit harder to tie an address to a person (since you can easily generate a new address without any personal info).
Why isn't this thread deleted by the mods?

The moderators allowed discussion about the first Silk Road site because they believe in free speech. Theymos said he didn't agree with what the Silk Road was offering but decided to permit discussion about it. Since the first Silk Road trial there doesn't seem much reason to ban discussion about any clone sites because the whole internet is talking about them now. It's all over the main stream news, and other forums like Reddit.

Actually the less we link BTC to Drugs the better. Many people refuse to deal with BTC because the media made them think it's "a currency for buying drugs". People just afraid to to use it and hence the demand is low, the price is low. Since we all here want the price of BTC was high we shouldn't link BTC to drugs.

Sounds like bitcoin are an evil crypto currency some people yeah use a method like this one buying something illegal with anonymous transaction such a bitcoin.It is unfortunate and strike off bitcoin community it's really bad.

I would never buy anything Illegal with bitcoin because in my opinion, it just furthers the sterotype that bitcoin users and the currency itself is for illegal activities.
Deep web uses bitcoin for their illegal transaction such as buying drugs, child porno, guns, etc. I think that is one of the reason why government dont want bitcoin because it can be use in bad way.
I can use US Dollars for illegal transactions such as buying drugs, child porno guns, etc. The US Government still love their dollars though.
