Not really, Monero is in principle more anonymous than Bitcoin since the blockchain is not transparent. Good luck in finding any good deals with Monero tho, it seems it's still pretty small merchant wise.
Overall I don't recomend buying any drugs or doing anything illegal. It's not just worth it. Cut the habits and get some a better hobby imo.

The truth is, seeing bitcoin associated with drugs only gives a bad name to digital currencies. I have already bought some tobacco with BTC but never bought drugs and don't have any plans to.

Most drugs that are synthesized together can be used medically, though some people invented a way to use it for 'recreation'. Aside from having some effects on your overall health, you might also be subjected to imprisonment because of using illegal drugs.

That is one small part of the many problem. It is also quite easy for people to buy drugs using cash, in Bitcoin, illegal transaction is only a small part of the total transaction volume and should not matter to government at all.
