I think, ethereum is a coin that has a future and a good opportunity for long-term investment because ethereum has become the platform of several ICOs and will certainly continue to grow, so I will buy ethereum
when you buy altcoins for the long term you should be able to buy altcoins that have very good concept and development projects and are very useful for many people, maybe for easier you can buy and save in the long term by buying coins in the top 10 coinmarketcap.

As market has sink in last few months at present buying is the better option if not for more than 3 years you will definitely make a better amount of returns from this market than compared to any other market if you invest in it. I want to buy few Altcoins which have some strong good concept and which are beneficial for the crypto world somehow.

if you want to invest in altcoins that will give a rewards for the holders,,
i think a pos or masternode cryptocurrencies is good choice,, for example PIVX, dash and others
if not, just go to binance to buy BNB, and buy BIX on bibox
I think for the long term, I can buy EOS, although the exact process will develop well. EOS is very good and affordable and has good transaction speeds and many projects have used the EOS platform.
You can add Cardano and NEO here. These are also the coolest projects that will be developed fast in 2019-2020. I expect that the price of these tokens will also go up. Therefore, it is better to invest in them now.

My proposal is that you should choose Ripple for investment because ripple is a good coin and has a price value that is still cheap and in the future, this coin will be a great coin because of its sophistication in making transfers very quickly.

Golem is good project I have investment to it also, you can look to top 20 coins also, there are good projects and they are very low prices, we remember how ripple had rised and now it is 0.35 dollar so all of them can get good profit for long term.

Buying and holding for long term is necessary if you want to make good money from cryptocurrency. The issue however is choosing coin that will yield good profit in the future. I can recommend bitcoin, ethereum and EOS as these are good quality coin with great potential!

I was expecting to read the reasons also why you are sugesting a particular coin.As I said my purpose is not buy low and sell high.I want to invest in something useful.
Like Ethereum in which I have already invested.

I was just curious about if we are still good for long term holding in altcoins,because this market is now being hard for traders and investors to gain profit
I would buy more crypto in top 10, not all low cap coins will survive in future, so I believe it is a good practice to keep most part of your portfolio in such stable crypto. I predict 10x growth in 3 years, so prefer to hold liquid crypto assets. Do you agree with me?
Long term holding are always preferable if we compare with short term holdings. Because its quite hard to understand price trends in short period of time. I personally like eth , btc and dash. These are most trusted coins among all coins. apart from mentioned coins you can consider these coins too.
