buying for the long term can indeed be used as the best choice, but for the long term it still has to be selective about the choice of coins that are potential so to avoid losses in large numbers must have good coins
The truth is you can make money on bitcoin or altcoins at any value as long as you get in and out fast and don't get stuck.
Unfortunately, for a long-term investment, I advise you to buy only bitcoin, since altcoins are very much falling in price and have a high volatility
I think for the long term, I can buy EOS, although the exact process will develop well. EOS is very good and affordable and has good transaction speeds and many projects have used the EOS platform.

As we penetrate on crypto currency, we must know the consequences between in short and long term. Thus, both aspect has an individual advantages, but it all depends on how we deal and take the aspect so we can have profits in return. And I think the most preferable we could keep is long term, inspite of wasting patience and take the risk on its, we can have a huge of assurances to gain profits in return.
In the current situation, it is very good to buy altcoins and while it for long-term because now the situation of the market went very low in the market. If we manage to buy at low value then definitely the price of those coins will recover once the market starts recovering.

In my opinion all this coins aren't so good for holding for a lonng term. Just should to buy such top 5 or 10 coins and hold them.
I do prefer to tell people that always support those coins that are on the top. But not everything on the top are good enough for me, I've got my standards so that's why I'm telling it. Some of those coins on the top are manipulated so I don't think its always a wise choice.

If you look at market conditions that are still like this yet stable I think this is a good time to hold coins in the long run because if we sell them of course it will hurt

When holding long-term I go for solid coins with large market capitalization, like bitcoin and Ethereum.
For altcoins, I would go for Strength, NEO or zilliqa

Though not very successful this year, I am still investing long term in Neo and Hshare..I think the current prices are an opportunity for purchase.
Buying for long time is not the really terms to use,it should be keep for long time. However, keep an asset is the best and a great idea or what investor an really again form but the way things is in the cryptosystem makes people far a lot like me now, I have a particular token that worth 200+ before then i didn't sell but now the token just worth lesser than $100. And that life now.

in any case, if the project has already released its existing product, then their coins are much more profitable for investments. Moreover, due to the fact that the crypto-currency market is developing very much, it requires a sufficient number of trading platforms to satisfy all the needs of crypto-currency users. Thus coins of trading platforms are also good investments.

I don't like ark project I prefer to invest in waves as it's very very good project if you ask me and also have major developments in the past and they always deliver what they have promised and that too on time, they aren't like other projects that say a lot of things at the time of crowdsale and when it ends they deliver a second copy of a pre existing project.
I always think that coin is worth to buy and for the long term is ethereum and minexcoin because both coins have their own platform ,and large volume in the market
they all have sound infrastructure with beautiful projects, but slow progress on the market can affect them negatively like every other coin.
