I heard about the Starbucks offering bitcoin payment on an online article. Apparently, that's possible in some places. Plus, if you have bitcoin or eth, you can use it to buy alt which can then be used to buy products. I found a couple of projects in Korea that allow you to pay your electricity bill, healthcare services and also use crypto to invest in CDM projects or other eco-friendly businesses. I am sure they are also available in other countries. The catch is, of course, bitcoin is on the rise now and it's sorta risky to change it to other alts in case it rises further.... (at least, for me now.)
as we've been in a state of bear-trend for almost a year, i'm trying to find another usage of my eth and btc except hodling. do you know any real working crypto-marketplaces? probably it's not a bad option and i would find something really worthful to buy without any doubts of being scammed. kindly waiting for your feedback

I think what we have to do now is just wait and hold the coin that we bought is above the purchase price, so now I suggest you be patient
I prefer to keep crypto, btc and eth can touch high this year.
Doesn't make too much sense to spend it right now does it, especially when most people are expecting new all time highs by the end of this year. I always try to immediately replace any bitcoin that I do happen to spend though.

The problem is the regulation and policy of the Government. Not all countries provide opportunities to use bitcoin freely. there are some countries that prohibit transactions with bitcoin. like in India and several countries in Southeast Asia.

Yes, for business to really grow the state has to help and make sure that the business has focus on the operations instead of wasting time with bureacracy and rules and keeping to the regulations, but on the other hand, all the Bitcoin early adopters who made their names were fine to use Bitcoin with or without the government supporting, and look at where they are now. This forum, for example, did any government condone it or allow it? I don't think so. Yet it's still growing right?

Although your post is old. When you asked this the BTC was around $3500 price. I don't know what you had done with your Bitcoin. If you could hold you can see the good result now. However, we can see many retailers are accepting Bitcoin payment. So, if you use you bitcoin buying something just google where is accepted near your place, that's it.News about this is easily found on the internet.

I agree with you that bitcoin and ethereum will be able to bounce back and that is evidenced by the market increase that continues for several days even bitcoin is able to pass $ 7k. That way I think investing will provide more benefits than spending it only for goods or services.Bitcoin from $8K above trading, now only down at $7K again, hopefully we can hold on here and it doesn't matter if again it will take time to climb.

The only thing you can do with it is not only to buy stuffs online, you can still use that money to invest in forex trading if you know how it works, so that you can make some money from there. Even crypto trading at this time of bear trend can still earn you some little profit. Overstock is the main market place for buying anything you need and making payment in cryptocurrency. There are other platforms where you can buy what you need and get rewards too for buying on their site. And you can be sure they are going to get it, since they can manipulate the market as they want while you are only a small fish that will become their victim.

So I was able to make a purchase by making use of purse.io ,it was really cool ,though I have no intention of making use of it again. The only thing I really liked about it is the discount they give but I don't really know if I'm going to make use of it, maybe I will make use of it. Since we are having some IEO coming up, while not invest your time to pick any cool projects that will definitely be worthful in future.
My friend sells coffee and receives crypto for payment. I think this is more practical and we can reach buyers from various countries in the world. and fees using crypto are smaller than fiat.
We can use Bitcoin to buy anything in the internet but the problem is there are only few establishments and online sites that are accepting it.

Yes some places have lack of internet access but at my place internet is very fast and being use for buy sell goods with bitcoin; there are so many stores in my country which applies online payment with crypto currency, and to be honest it made our life really easy and it has gives us more chances to spend a well developed life. I think the establishments must accept crypto so that it can be used in everyday life but most of us are hodling it especially Bitcoin and they don't want to use it to buy some goods because they are hoping that it will give them huge profits in the long run.
