Spending crypto for services is the most frequent thing I do, but even so sometimes if there is an goods I am interested in and they receive crypto as a payment, I will do it too. This is an opportunity in my opinion and anyone can use Crypto at this time to finance their living needs.

There are already some bitcoin exchanges available hereinmy country. I used them to pay bills, buy cellphone load or send money thru remittance byconverting bitcoin to fiat. Buying good is also available but itdepends on the availability of shop or merchant that accepts bitcoin as payment. Paying cryptocurrency for services is not yet available here but some environmental NGOs are offering ethereum as payment for coastal clean up.
That's the beginning, it's possible to some countries to pay fro crypto in services but the adoption is not high yet but I always believe that growth is continuous so let's appreciate a country that are accepting and adopting in crypto as well as they are embracing changes that is good for everyone.

I'm not sure if the OP wanted to purchase goods or services directly from a company if so disregard this post.

I run a crypto marketplace on discord where individuals/companies (mostly individuals on the server) can advertise their goods and services for wts/wtb. Most of the stuff has been mining-related, but I'm sure if you ask around there might be someone buying or selling what you want. There's also an on the platform escrow if you need it, there are about 600+ members now.

If you want to join here's the link: https://discord.gg/MynAgXK

as we've been in a state of bear-trend for almost a year, i'm trying to find another usage of my eth and btc except hodling. do you know any real working crypto-marketplaces? probably it's not a bad option and i would find something really worthful to buy without any doubts of being scammed. kindly waiting for your feedback

i am kinda hesitant to use crypto as payment to a good or service but im willing to accept crypto as payment to a good im selling or service that im giving, so i think holding on is best for me or trade it on trading platform to make it grow

Funny, you’re waiting for the bear trend to end and you then decide to spend your Bitcoins. Instead of spending your Bitcoins and ending up losing them, don’t you think it is best that you start looking for investment opportunities that would have helped earn some money during the bear trend? If you really spent your Bitcoins during those few months of bear trend, by now you will be like the guy that spent his Bitcoins in buying pizza and then regretting why he did after the price of Bitcoin pumped. It’s always good to have patience during the bear time, you can withdraw your money to avoid further loss and wait for price to drop to its lowest before buy back and wait for the bull.

It's sounds good, some platforms allow users to buy and sell both good and services using crypto currency... This is  a big step forword  in marking crypto currency a viable medium of exchange...  Roll Eyes  I wish amazon and all online apps will accept the same.....

You can learn how to trade btc and eth with usdt. I find that this is a pretty good profit at all times.

I can't buy anything with crypto.
I have to exchange it for fiat and if I do it, I might be subject to a fine or be considered unlawful each country has a different policy regarding crypto use.

We have recently launched an online marketplace dedicated to buying and selling everything you want for Bitcoin.

At the moment we're pretty much gathering feedback and trying to drive traffic to the website.

You can check it out here: https://www.dealyourcrypto.com/

Let me know if you've got any questions!

There are lots of things you can do with your cryptocurrency, if you’re a traveler then you can make use of traveling websites just like Expedia, cause they are accepting Bitcoin. You can make payments and get your plane tickets. If not that, then there are online shops where you can buy whatever you need by making use of cryptocurrency like Bitcoin, I think there are even stores accepting ETH by now, most especially now that Facebook released their Libra coin, I heard that eBay will be accepting that Libra coin, and if you’re making use of Coinbase wallet they will have it listed so you can exchange for it and use it at any store. But now that price is going up,, I know you must have changed your mind on using your coins.

In my country you can pay bills using either BTC, ETH ad BCH. Your earnings can be used as a payment equivalent to your billing balance plus rebate. This is such a useful application and I can do freely anything about it. You can also but load, or pay merchants like credit cards all using your crypto balance.
what country are you talking about? Venezuela?
Doesn't matter which country he's talking about there are services from different countries that lets you pay your bills and do more convenient things with crypto. You can look this up on google and maybe there's one in your country (if it's not illegal).

If you're looking for a specific item you can use spendabit they have a list of stores that accepts Bitcoin kind of similar to bitify.

If amazon accepts cryptocurrency, that is a great change in online selling market. Many projects had already tried to compete with amazon and ebay but they failed. Some also are just scamming the investors. Just like the old ICO that I joined last year. As of now, I never seen any platform that can buy goods using bitcoin.
In my country bitcoin has good value and it is acceptable to buy anything we want, there are so many shops who accept bitcoin as payment, we should try to save some bitcoin as I can see with the passage of time importance and value of bitcoin is increasing so in future it will be the only currency people will use to buy and sell goods.

If Amazon and other giants accept bitcoin, then we will see a healthy competition amount the companies to adopt bitcoin and attract the early  customers who are willing to pay in crypto.  It is just a matter of time and change in the people paying habits.  Once the bitcoin is more used by general people, the more it will benefit the companies accepting it as a payment method.

Although your post is old. When you asked this the BTC was around $3500 price. I don't know what you had done with your Bitcoin. If you could hold you can see the good result now. However, we can see many retailers are accepting Bitcoin payment. So, if you use you bitcoin buying something just google where is accepted near your place, that's it.

Countries where government is active and has a positive frame of regulations for crypto their is a chance where merchants could use or accepting the btc as a payment mode. Else people refrain from using and accepting crypto as their is a lack of either clarity from the regulators of the country or the government framing policy.

If you want to spend your coins, you should be using purse.io. There are even wallets where you can get gift cards and use them on Amazon. I have a Bitpay wallet and I can buy any gift card I want in-app. Their gift cards that you can buy with Bitcoin includes Uber, Amazon, Delta and even more. So if you're looking for a good way to be spending your coins you should have a Bitpay wallet. And they even have a Bitpay debit card you can use at worldwide ATM. That's the only wallet I know that offers those features, others don't do it.

I think what we have to do now is just wait and hold the coin that we bought is above the purchase price, so now I suggest you be patient

This must be basic thing to do but still depends on each token or coin you have. I hate to admit it but most ICO projects are dying so one must take the bullet for some of his tokens and sell it for BTC.
There are few projects like this but if you look at white paper you will see bitcoin is getting more and more value with the passage of time I am sure within few month or years it will become world famous and people will not refuse to accept bitcoin for buying and selling goods online and in shops as well, among all crypto currencies I saw only bitcoin being acceptable.
