I like your craft and it is very interesting for me, if you accept payment by cryptocurrency. it would be nice to add a third party as collateral. if using a third party in the transaction is safer in my opinion, everyone will also believe if it is not deceptive.
What if there is a defective item from the seller or the goods do not reach the destination, who guarantees the transaction if there is no third party?

A couple times a year I move some of my crypto holdings to gold or silver using jmbullion or apmex. This allows me to keep everything diversified. I try to buy silver when the price goes under $16.

I don't really think that things will happen that way, we are expecting the collaboration of many different entities that have no interest in making cryptocurrencies a success, many of those marketplaces will without a doubt adopt bitcoin if there is a huge demand from the public for them to do so but since the demand is not there it is doubtful that they are going to accept it in the near future but give it a decade or two and will see a different story.

You could just have to buy some stuff that will please you or convert it into fiat and placing it on a bank or buy a house(if you have enough amount). However, it still better if we will just leave it because if uptrend comes I am pretty sure you could buy even more stuffs if you got your profit, all you need is more patience. It is better if you will use fiat for now and avoid using BTC and ETH as possible because we don't know when it will make a move.

if you still have money from other sources it is certainly better, but a need cannot be postponed so use it well
regret can come at any time, so be careful in making decisions because it can make us frustrated

Probably, it is better to use your btc or eth for something would be useful like to sustain your necessity or convert into fiat so that you could use it for whenever you want. Purchasing a jewelry is also an option so that if it comes to your mind to sell it in future the price might fluctuate and gain a high return.

There are already some bitcoin exchanges available hereinmy country. I used them to pay bills, buy cellphone load or send money thru remittance byconverting bitcoin to fiat. Buying good is also available but itdepends on the availability of shop or merchant that accepts bitcoin as payment. Paying cryptocurrency for services is not yet available here but some environmental NGOs are offering ethereum as payment for coastal clean up.

That's the beginning, it's possible to some countries to pay fro crypto in services but the adoption is not high yet but I always believe that growth is continuous so let's appreciate a country that are accepting and adopting in crypto as well as they are embracing changes that is good for everyone.

I'm not sure if the OP wanted to purchase goods or services directly from a company if so disregard this post.

I run a crypto marketplace on discord where individuals/companies (mostly individuals on the server) can advertise their goods and services for wts/wtb. Most of the stuff has been mining-related, but I'm sure if you ask around there might be someone buying or selling what you want.
