I personally buy goods and services from shoppy.gg. I have great experience using them. You need to enter the exact amount of Bitcoin to avoid issues though.
take a look at bitpr0.com/shops, there are a few shops listed who accept cryptos for example electronic shops etc.

More online merchants prefer cryptocurrencies payment and this list will keep on growing.
Bitcoin adaption is going on a very fast rate. I wish if the local shops and merchant also begin to use and accept bitcoins.

I believe it's about time we refuel crypto education. As we speak thee are tools are there for cryto integration. It is even easy to deploy a crypto payment system thanks to services like NowPayments. We need to encourage merchant to be using these service in addition to their regular payment methods. I will definitely use my crypto if there are merchants in my locality that accepts crypto
There are a lot of online shop out there accepting crypto payments powered by NowPayments However, the one I used was cryptoposters which a store crypto merchandise. They have some nice hoodies, backpacks, mugs etc. https://www.cryptocurrencyposters.com/

It is pretty easy to use crypto I do not know why you are holding if you want to spend. You can use several sites to convert it to and have real cash, You can spend on online stores etc etc...

Yes, like in the country where I live and I have not found a purchase using Crypto and although there are ways like that but I have not tried it.
and until now I have only exchanged Crypto for currency in the country where I live so that I can use it for real purchases, and what I do is more convenient like that and not all countries can do it like that.

Most countries haven't integrated crypto in daily things. Well, just use it for gambling and investment for now.
In my country you can pay bills using either BTC, ETH ad BCH. Your earnings can be used as a payment equivalent to your billing balance plus rebate. This is such a useful application and I can do freely anything about it. You can also but load, or pay merchants like credit cards all using your crypto balance.

In the Philippines, There is an app called Coins.Ph which we can use to buy any sort of items, It's basically like a credit card in some cases. but the best thing about it is it's a wallet for you also to store your coins/tokens. Which means if the market goes up so does you portfolio. So you can still earn money even if it's just staying there.
I don't know where you get that you can use coins.ph to buy goods since the service offered for the said wallet is buy load,paying bills,transfer money from remittance/banks and game credits but I don't see any options there that you can use to buy goods directly by just swiping the barcode or manually transfer it to the merchant, maybe on the other seller who accept coins.ph but this is limited. I mostly tap the cashout option and go to remittance before I can buy my needs.

You didn't clarify, which goods and services you want to purchase with crypto. Yet you can search deeply and study that market, read the reviews, check their rating and such type of examine you can make. If you can do it tactfully, you will find many options. If you still feel risky, you can sell your crypto and get fiat money for your purchasing.
