Simple. With a stake as high as it was before, it would be almost impossible to achieve a better price. If you get the coin very easily, it will probably dump for any value. Unfortunately, if we want a higher price, we have to have a Stake of% lower.

Is getting a BUZZ on Poloniex a fact or a pretense? I think adding to a slightly smaller volume exchange like Cryptopia would be an easier way to gain more value until you can add in a larger exchange. Or not?

First, what made you think that Buzz team will provide you a reimbursement regarding what happened to coinsmarket? They are very vocal about staking pools and they don't encourage anyone to use it in the first place. It is not their responsibility that many people lost their coins from that scam exchange. Thus, they will never give any Buzzcoin as a reimbursement.

Second, the reimbursement that they've been processing right now are the result of a glitch introduced in their wallet during the update. They verify every claim that they receive and send out the reimbursements to those who legitimately affected by the glitch.
