By trying login I have an error - Your account is locked.
Before this I activated 2fa (3 different qr code for login, withdrowal, transfer) and then I try to login. After login a had an error that 2fa code is incorrect but I still tried to login ... now i have an error - Your account is locked.
It's happened a couple of times before. Their system seems to know you have 2FA enabled, but the (correct) value you enter from your device is rejected as invalid. It's like they've lost the private keys for the account's 2FA.
So it's most likely not your fault; you'll just have to wait for support to get back to you.
