In my case I have been waiting 6 days for a withheld balance that puts unconfirmed when it is confirmed.
The answer to the tickets is that they do not have control over the altcoins and that they wait, but if the balance continues as unconfirmed.
This is a scam, do not trust this exchange as it acts as scam

OK,after me,and group of peoples,started collecting information about exchange,owner,also we wrote few reports to google phishing,scam service,reported to their host provider ,money(coins) were returned . but i wont remove my posts,and will not use this exchange ever again,i lost a lot of money and time because of their actions. I will remove my fraud report when they fix all their problems AND! unban all users that were banned just because they wanted their money back,at discord channel and exchange chat.

You mean the withdraw fee of 0.002 BTC? That's fairly typical these days because of the congestion on the Bitcoin network due to hitting the 1MB block limit. Most exchanges are charging around this amount to ensure that the transaction goes through.
If you're transferring to another exchange, it may be cheaper to withdraw via another coin (with much cheaper fees) like BCH or LTC.

Strange things going on. I set a sell order at a unique price, saw it in the order book as expected... but when I reloaded the page today it seems it has been cancelled.
Meanwhile someone else has since placed a massive sell order at the same price, so if I redo that order I'll be stuck behind them; my sell won't execute until all of their order has been filled.

I have hours waiting for my COLX deposit. It would be nice if the admins of this place posted some type of notice somewhere to let us know what is going on before we deposit our coins. This is very irresponsible of this exchange and it is also sad that this is happening.
