I think the most "user friendly" solution would be for C-CEX to buy the amount of XVG they owe the users from somewhere else using profits and let the users withdraw their XVG from this new pool.

Due to technical issues C-CEX can be unavailable for day or two. We are working to fix it.
As for XVG - we had to spend a lot of time to fix this issue - but it turned to be impossible. We lost XVG wallet and it's backup due to technical issues. We will announce XVG refund program later.
Right...so an exchange looses the private keys to a wallet? Com'on we are not that stupid...so in other words you run off with the XVG when it went ATH and made millions. I'm not holding my breath for your fantastic refund program... As for XVG - we had to spend a lot of time to fix this issue - but it turned to be impossible. What the hell is this, C-CEX?? Current price of XVG is around 700 sats on bittrex, while your useless XVGCT token is traded in the 300-400 sat range. Is this a fair refund?? Losing half of my money??
Hahaha and it starts like this i told you BobTrade.... and be happy if you ever get back 50%, i got my account disabled forever and tthey stole my money because i asked several times about XVG with no answers from them.

I'm trying to be positive, they gave us this token, wanna give em my trust once again, for a last time.
They gave you a useless token, they certainly did the same thing for dash users and 4 years after........ they are just trying to win some time like usual, so the users forget it and quit it, personnaly i will get them in court and expose them everyday if they don't restore my account and if we don't make an agreement.

Opening more than one support ticket regarding the same problem is classified as ticket spamming. Abuses, foul language, ticket spam or threats in support system is prohibited, will not be answered and will lead to the permanent ban of any user account without compensation of any balances on the offending accounts.
Ok so you demonstrate again you are real scammers, you don't even answer for 2 months (or with automatic responses that doesn't even answer the questions) and do shady stuffs i will never stop to track you and do things like yesterday (concerning privacy protect).
You heard that guys c-cex banned my 15k€ (worth 55k€ mid-december) when i tried to withdraw BEFORE their vacations (and even no answer from the support at the time that is to say 5 days before the vacations) account without compensation for "ticket spamming"
