Ethereum will be able to replace bitcoin in the near future

I may differ on this opinion, I am convinced that ethhereum is indeed the best but still far away to replace bitcoin, it takes time and development again

There are many cryptocurrencies out there, the fluctuation is wide and big. There’s a need of a coin that uses a process to stabilize its value.

No doubt that there is no other cryptocurrency or altcoin that can supersede the bitcoin. At least not for the next 5-10 years. Of course there are many rising competitors like Ethereum, ripple and litecoin.

Do you agree???

Yes, of course, why not. Lots of other crypto coins that could replace Bitcoin. If the development of Bitcoin gets worse and there is a very good development Altcoin, of course, this could replace the position of Bitcoin if Altcoin is consistent with its development. I think that is worth replacing Bitcoin ie Ethereum.
Anything can be happen and it can be happen to bitcoin or any other altcoin too but  there is no sign that any other coin would do so in near future. But there are a few more established altcoins such as Ethereum that have got the potential to match in future but of course etherium need to improve again.

That’s clear thing Bitcoin is not a best coin. But at the same time Bitcoin is most powerful and influential coin. It is really difficult to imagine that any altcoin has so great potential to be able to replace Bitcoin.

IMHO it takes less than 5-10 years for other cryptocurrencies to surpass daddy bitcoin's marketcap (not price), but it wouldn't be a permanent change. Like, something surpasses BTC for a few days/weeks, then BTC rises and takes back its throne, then something else becomes king for a while, and so on and so forth...

It's a competitive world you know...

I think Ethereum cannot. Bitcoin has a usage that eth cannot do. Bitcoin is created before any other coin and there can be no other better coin than bitcoin. The creator of bitcoin only can design coin that can replace bitcoin because he knows what will make the coin to improve and make it more better than their first created one. The foundation cannot be replace of anyone because other coin created under it.

From this point in time yes we can say something like that. But of course that things can change. Look at before in the beginning of the internet the most popular search engine was Yahoo and it got surpassed by Google. It is possible for any altcoin to surpass bitcoin in terms of market cap. We will see which ones will be the most innovative, bitcoin could also be and stay number one for time to come.
if Bitcoin decreases and Altcoin increases, it will be very easy for Altcoin to replace Bitcoin. because for Bitcoin that is so strong it does become a rival of many coins. so many coins are racing to replace Bitcoin. they improve their development and pursue their targets to become valuable coins like Bitcoin.

Few  competitors are having capacity in the market to replace the bitcoin but bitcoin is a established crypto. Although coins like Ethereum has potency to replace bitcoin yet near future it is not possible to replace the bitcoin. Bitcoin is said to be king of cryptocurrency market.

In my own point of view, there are no any cryptocurrencies that can replace or surpass bitcoin because it is the first cryptocurrency that was created and it is the greatest cryptocurrency until now. But i think ethereum has a chance to be successful as bitcoin because it has a potential to have a good value and good investment like bitcoin.

Many of the other crypto that enliven the market, negatively impact the growth of bitcoin value, not one or two people who sell its bitcoin to buy altcoin, in fact millions of transactions may have occurred in the blockchain.
Alternate cryptocurrencies are the most innovative coins, when compared to bitcoin. In addition to the relatively low price, the appearance of altcoin always brings the latest innovations, which are not owned by bitcoin. Naturally if altcoin increasingly favored by many investors and ordinary people like us.

In current situation replacing Bitcoin is impossible and each passing day bitcoin become stronger so I think replacing bitcoin for decades is not possible unless something really amazing comes up.

bitcoin will always be the most crypto or when compared to others. other cryptos will not be replaced in the top position of the bitcoin. If indeed there certainly will not be able in a short time because there is not the slightest another crypto can approach even to exceed the bitcoin.

I personally think that other crypto cannot replace bitcoin because the world's first altcoin bitcoin cannot replace bitcoin because altcoin is a fraction of bitcoin and so altcoin and bitcoin need each other and for another crypto will not replace bitcoin
