Does gambling needs experience or anyone +18, even the inexperienced one can also play?
Anyone who is 18 years plus is legal to gamble but gambling is not for anyone. The people that gambling is meant for are those who can manage the risk, understand the concept of gambling, and have the knowledge needed to gamble profitably not experience because the experience was gained through previous activities, not something that can be developed overnight.
True, and it depends on the type of gambling whether experience is required or not. Take this as an example, if there is a person who is completely fresh when it comes to gambling, but they do have a lot of knowledge about sports, especially a specific sport that they closely follow and we know there are a lot of such people in the world. Now, if such a person decides to start sports betting, I don't think they need any gambling experience to start with as long as they can understand how they can deposit money and place their bets because they already know which sides they need to choose in each game.

So, it depends on the type of gambling and the personal experience of a person and it isn't always necessary for someone to have gambling experience to start gambling and become profitable in it.
Despite how simple sports betting looks, it still requires some knowledge and gambling experience based on sports prediction and the meaning of the codes (sup)[I don't know what is called but I am talking about of experience and knowledge on the meaning of 1X, X2, etc. But if they don't have any they need some guide)](/sup) used for making bet. Besides, sport betting is more than knowing how to deposit, or choosing which side will win cause we can also bet on the first to goal, total number of corner, etc.

18+ and above are the rules for physical casinos, even though online casinos apply such rules, it seems that this does not apply to some users, we often see that underage children are mostly involved in gambling.

Those who come to gamble are basically inexperienced, just like us, over time gambling has become a habit for them, I don't think you need experience in gambling, the experience comes naturally as time goes by.

Believe it or not, minors are more skilled than us at gambling, that's based on their habit of gambling every day.

Think about the situation from following point: what is the age when a person is allowed to work and operate with money? I think with parents allowance, kids from 14 are allowed to have a none 8h working day. If I am not mistaken, they can work 4 or 6 hours. And in my country I think starting from 16 they are allowed to operate with money (cash desk, terminal). This refers to kids at summer selling ice cream. If from 14 or 16 they are allowed to earn officially, why wouldnt they be allowed to gamble? Isnt it wrong that they can not decide themselves what they can do with money they earned? Moreover, if we take +18 as a starting point, then a person at any age above it can make a reckless bet. So it isnt only about reckless, unexperienced, innocent and trustful kid and gambling.

I think he is just using the +18 age because that’s the average legal age globally but anyone can gamble even lower 18 if that is the legal age set of the country. There’s a country that has a legal age below 18 which means gambling is allowed already for them.

But if you are pertaining to underage that just have a temporary work due to side hustle job then I disagree since it’s illegal even if they earn own money. Law will always govern even if you are earning your own money through job.
And with the technology that we do have today on which we know that minors or below 18 could already be able to deal up with gambling on which there's no way that it could really be detected out
since we can do gambling in the convenience of our own mobile phone and as a parent then it would really be that so hard to detect out if our kids is really that involving into something like this
which it would really be just that right that we should really be that vigilant if ever we do see some hints or ever we do see some unusual activities that they've been dealing off with.

18-21 years old is considered to be a legal age on which those kids would turn out to be matures and they are allowed on drinking, cigarretes or even going into those night clubs.
Lots of things to be unlocked and allowed but actually those kids could still get involved even if they wont be able to reach out those numbers.

They probably based it on the standard of the law, everyone might be unique but +18 people could be matured already to decide on their own. Although I can say that 18 years is still young to gamble as they can still easily get carried away and might not be able to control their emotion, but that's the law, a gambling site hs to follow, otherwise if there are lots of reports about addiction at that age level, they could increase the minimum requirement to +21.

Does gambling needs experience or anyone +18, even the inexperienced one can also play? Though playing gamble has a limited age grade or age bracket and the accepted is from  +18 years and there are some casinos hall at the door post, it is written clearly that it is only people of +18 can play. But what about the inexperienced ones, are they allowed to play gamble as well? Or they are also restricted to have the fun? In my observation, there are two elements to participate in gambling. One, you must above 18 years in my country and secondly you must have an experience to play, so I want to know if inexperienced people can also play gamble.
Well there are psychological studies confirming age to be a definitive factor to just how susceptible someone could be against abusing indulgences like sex or gambling. With younger audiences, including those who just turned 18+ being the most affected and most vulnerable to this exploit. This is apart from the legislative laws and ordinances placed by your local government to protect children and younger people from becoming affected by gambling addiction.

With that being said, of course gamblers don't need to have to fall under a particular age category to be considered a gambler in the first place. It doesn't work that way, but it's only because laws have been effective so far at preventing kids and teenagers from blowing away their lunch money on slots and gambling. Otherwise this is going to be a societal problem of magnanimous scale should it happen. Already falling of a massive tangent right here but the main point I'm trying to make is that there doesn't need to be a specific age for someone to be considered a gambler, however, it is generally accepted that you have to be within the legal age bracket of 21 years old, 18 years old for some countries, before you could even begin to decide if you want to gamble. This is to ensure that you're legally liable to protect and subject yourself to gambling without the proper supervision of your parents/guardian, cause practically during these age brackets you're considered by the government as a full-on adult that doesn't depend upon their parents anymore.

I don’t think there are any restrictions on those that have no experience in gambling, not to gambling, because in life we learn and you can’t learn if you are not ready or have been part of those that are involved in the act, so I see no reason why those that have zero expectations in gambling should be restricted from playing. Although all casino gambling sites and shops are there for profit, why do you think they will restrict those who don’t have experience in gambling? When they are purposely engaged in the business for profit,

To me. Those that have no experience or are newbies in gambling are the ones that need to go to the casino shop in order to gain knowledge on gambling from those that have been doing it for quite some time now, so having the chance to meet experts in gambling will go a long way in helping them achieve the possible knowledge needed for gambling.

For instance, if someone is trying to start football gambling, how will it be possible for him to know the trends and past history of the club’s play? In order to know the winner you see, he or she must need the assistance of an expert or someone who has been engaged in gambling for a long time to show him or her the proper channel and educate him on how to gamble, like having a limited amount for gambling and creating a budget for gambling. All this can’t be known by someone who has zero knowledge of gambling.

Currently, anyone can access online gambling and play online gambling, not only 18+ years old but also small children, because of easy access and lack of parental supervision of their children.
Nothing prohibits you from gambling if you have your own income and are 18+
It is a major course of concern in my opinion. The level of freedom kids enjoy now is just worrisome and parents have a fair share of the blame. The age bracket pegged by the casinos and supported by governments across various jurisdictions is actually to prepare the child mentally with a bid to ensuring they are able to take informed decisions and own up to the consequences of such decisions.

Anyone below the stipulated age that is actively gambling is doing something wrong and we must discourage such acts if we must raise people that will be better citizens and contribute positively to society. What I do not know is if there is punishment for younger folks that engages in gambling forcing them to stop or denying them access.

The casinos actually don’t give a fuck if you’re experienced or not. I would think they would prefer you to be ignorant and inexperienced so as to lose more money whenever playing.
18 years of age is the acceptable age limit for one to fully aware of their actions and thus, able to bear whatever consequences that could follow. Hence that’s pretty much the only requirement needed for one to be able to play.

I think the age limit is adhered to by casinos due to enforcement and if they would be allowed to have their way, anyone having some money would be welcomed to play.

Yes the limitation of age is just for regulation sake so that they are not penalized otherwise casinos won't adhere to it because it will increase the numbers of player and the probability of those that will lose will also increase as infant that doesn't know there rights from left gambling are likely to make even more mistakes above mature players who are already losing more than they are profiting. So I don't think any casino owner won't prefer that inexperienced persons or immature ones should play in their casino because of chances of losing.

No, experience has nothing to do when it comes to being allowed to gamble or not. In fact there's no way to check it. It's like you were demanding driving experience before someone can buy a car. That person could've passed their license 20 years ago and never driven and they will still be able to buy a car and drive it out of the dealership.

A casino won't ban you even if you're mentally ill because they can't confirm it. You'd have to mail them scans of your psychic evaluation or something.

The rule does not require any gambling experience, as long as the person is 18+ he can engage in gambling activity in any legal gambling establishment.  Besides, have you read any terms or posts that inexperienced in gambling are not allowed to play even though they are 18+?  I bet not.

From a business standpoint (owner's point of view), it is much better to have novice gamblers playing on the house since these people have little knowledge of strategy on how to play the game.  They are more likely to lose their money due to committing mistakes which is often done by novice gamblers.

If you are under the age of 18, you are allowed to gamble. No matter the experience, no casino is going to ban you from playing on their platform.

When they talk about age limitations in gambling, there are things that make them add those restrictions. One is that anyone who is not up to 18 years old in some countries is not yet an adult, and as such, there are also some things that you are restricted from doing. At that age, it's believed you can't still make your own personal decisions, and most of your funds are still coming from your parents or guidance.

When it comes to experience, how can someone who doesn't even gamble at all get the experience without going into it? They have to be granted access to start first, and then from there they can learn the basis of their knowledge about gambling and the kind of skill they can obtain to help their gambling journey go smoothly.

The only thing that I believe could be included as a restriction for unexperienced gamblers is a limit on the amount they can deposit and gamble with. By so doing, they can be able to limit their loss risk.

Personally, I don't know if anyone has witnessed a place where they only welcome an experience gambler to participate in gambling but judging by what I have experienced so far over the years that I have engaged in gambling, the warning has always been from 18+ only they don't care about your experience or not infact they probably don't want you to be experienced cause it's a clear way of sucking your funds very well. I believe it is left for the individual to understand the level at which he knows about gambling before being involved I don't think your experience is needed before gambling not at all unless it happens in other countries but where I come from there is nothing like that here.

There games we can bet on that do not need experience for us to make money. Gambling is more of risk taking and what we have in mind to do in order to make money. Like sport bets, it doesn't need much experience for us to make money from it because there are many prediction groups or communities we can join to get updates about team we can always bet on. There are also casinos games we can try our luck to play without having experience about it.

It all depends on what we are looking for whether to make quick profits in the market or to just keep trying our luck. There are some bets which are very easy to play and others can be very stressful trying to learn about it so one can keep winning.

18-21 which it would vary on countries rules or laws on which it would really be just that common that they would be setting out those standard limitations but due to some various circumstances
on which it isnt really that totally perfect on which making these rules or applications cant really be totally be able to avoid out due to other ways or methods.

The regulation surrounding gambling, betting doesn’t care if you are professional or newbie gambler. It only factors in an assumed matured age range and that is why it is said to law that only 18 year old and above can register or gamble legally.

Because an 18 year old is considered an adult; and expected to make decisions for themselves

In theory, this is true, but in fact the trends are such that responsibility is constantly removed from adults and placed on business (a casino is a business). I wouldn’t be surprised if soon in order to gamble you will need a license (confirming that you understand everything, take risks, etc. blah blah blah), and those whose license has not been verified by the casino will be able to legally take back their lost money.
As a result, as always, honest businesses and honest gamblers will suffer (it will be more difficult for them to gain access to gambling) and all kinds of scammers will be happy.

No. I believe that it would be very difficult to happen, specially in countries or jurisdictions where gambling is pretty much widespread and seen as part of their local culture. Besides, that would not oy be unfair for the casino, it would dramatically decrease the volume of casinos, why? Because in many location like Las Vegas, much of the volume of wager comes from tourists who only seek to gamble a bit in the vacations. I don't think people would be willing to through to an exam or test in order to gamble some money during their vacations. It would not make sense and it would be a big hassle for both gamblers in general, tourists and the staff of casinos. Undoubtly some scammers wiould try to get away with scams against the resorts. So I don't think that will ever going to happen. It would be in the same order of ideas to ask for smokers to pass an exam in order for them to get a license to smoke or purchase cigarettes, only that the smoking license would have more sense, because how often people tend to smoke, compared to some casual gamblers.  Roll Eyes

Though, I admit there are people who even when reaching 18 years old or even further, seem not to have enough maturity to think about their choices and then take responsibility for the consequences of them. Anyways, I know it is easier than ever to feel a dystopian future is possible, but we should not allow our imagination to fly that high. Not yet, at least.
