It may be possible if bitcoin becomes legalized in that country who has a lot of poor people and the transaction fees may be an hindrance for them because if they want to buy coffee for only $2-5 they would have to $0.15 or 0.85 just to make the transaction faster and to buy coffee. They would have to convert their bitcoins first into their fiat currency to be able to buy goods and neccessities and would decrease of price in bitcoin depending on the volume of people converting it. The only work around this problem is first thst coutry needs to legalize bitcoin and second resolved the bitcoin scaling issue.
It will never be possible.
Bitcoin is money.
You have money you're not poor. You can get bitcoin either with money or by working for it so it won't change a thing.
So the government legalize bitcoin. And?
Will you suddenly pen your fridge and is full of food?
Will you get a free car and a 10
BTC deposit?
No.
All thinking bitcoin will eradicate poverty should drop their socialism propaganda and find a better forum for it.
Bitcoin won't change a thing. Some people will get rich some will get bankrupt and that's all.
Not only that bitcoin is not socialist, bitcoin is capitalist to the core, it is private property taken to the extreme, no one no matter how powerful can take bitcoin away from you under any circumstances, no one can tax you if you do not want, no one can force you pay for anything you do not want, bitcoin goes against all the ideas of communist and socialist and that is why I support it.
