Yes definitely. Bitcoin is a revolutionary technology which is helping 1000s of financially poor guys like me. As bitcoin is providing me financial support upto 80% of my monthly expense comes from bitcoin only and test i get from dad and begin a 20 years old guy i feel ashamed to take money dad because it's time to give dad money but in the mean time i am asking money from dad. So bitcoin plays vital role in my life and I hope that poor guys could definitely take benefit from bitcoin.
Yes I agree with you, of course, Bitcoin can help poor people like me. I am a bitcoin users today. and I benefited greatly from the bitcoin. My life and my family is so mired in financial problems. when a friend gave information about bitcoin, my life is getting excited to dig revenue of bitcoin. so as to help the poor people who are curious about bitcoin knowledge. I think there should be action to change that fate.
Good job, most of us are here to make money because bitcoin is an investment and there's a lot of business that are using bitcoin. In addition, if you are just hard working enough you can do a lot of jobs here aside from trading and investing.

its true and i don't really care about the bank. all i care is how can i make withdraw and how can i make donate for other people with my money from bitcoin.

if there is any charity institute that focussing to help poor country and they support payment for bitcoin, i think there is many people which have bitcoin that will donate their bitcoin to help poor country so the problem can be solve by a little help from bitcoin community.

if we can present proper information and ideas i guess it will help them a lot as we knew poor countries are limited in terms of technology so its really a hard work that we needed to provide in order for them to understand the value of this project and how it will help them in terms of financial gain.

I don't think it can help poor countries. Bitcoin requires an electronic device using electricity then you need the internet to make use of it. If the country does not have this, then there would be no point using Bitcoins.

Yeah so whenever we want to help poor countries, we must give them not in the form of money but in something that is already consumable or usable.
You never help someone by giving them bread, instead teach them to bake and you have empowered them for life as well as taken lots of burden off your shoulders.

At any rate, the op is not all about the dishing of handouts to poor countries, but rather a question, seeking to know how bitcoin and the blockchain technology can be of help to poor countries. To that, bitcoin can be of help to poor countries in many ways than one, given its unprecedented attributes. Take its very low cost of transaction for instance, from the government outlook, it can effective beat down the cost of revenue collection and which would translate to lower cost in price of goods and services and extra funds for infrastructural development.

I agree lesser processing fee mean cheaper way of sending money all across the globe and this will help foreign workers to save more money from remittances.  This is one of the strength of using bitcoins.  If the government support and accept bitcoin, merchants will then follow and the way of sending money will change in favor of the masses.
Basically that's one of the main benefit of using bitcoin, in the first place bitcoin is not intended for investment but as a currency where we can use only to be fast and easy, with that charge that we see in our very eyes, it's so minimal, therefore we have to encourage poor countries that spend big remittance expense for their people working abroad.

I think that bitcoin truly help poor countries, bitcoin does a special thing of taking money from the government tax and putting in the hands of citizens while it is required to pay taxes on bitcoins most people don't and easily get away with it, this strengthens the middle class and those who use bitcoin and creates more opportunity for donations and support to other countries. On the other hand it can depend on if the government tax is going towards supporting a country or not, as the government tax is much more than what a citizen could donate. With all that bitcoin still creates more jobs and small business opportunities which ultimately can enhance the economy and therefore help less fortunate countries.

I have been looking for people like you.  I built, from scratch, a cloud mining club to raise money for Charity Water.  So far we have helped THREE people forever.  Earn income and give back, http://bitcoinstrategy.org

Can Bitcoin or any other altcoin help poor countries?
how? what can be done?
Who seeks will always find. Of course I do not understand how Bitcoin can help poor countries, because there is nothing special about cryptocurrency not. This is the same currency as the others, only with their capabilities. And just to give them to someone and not knowing anyone, also not an option.

I agree, bitcoin itself cannot help poor countries. However it would be awesome if organisations like http://www.wakibi.nl/ (Micro krediet) will also accept BTC

The government will need to make an effort to reduce the poverty in their countries. As long as that doesn't happen, you can only help a few individuals. And your help will be of short term. Bitcoin is not a miracle that can solve economic problems. Just look at how many decades people have been donating to poor countries. It has not even decreased with 1%.
People should even want to overcome poverty. And some just getting used to live off donations and doing nothing. Here's how the refugees in Europe receive gratis bread and do not want to work. It is believed that they are someone that something must.

The ONU is doing exactly it.

They are searching crypto fans to collect donations to the Africa countries.

This crypto fans will teach some other volunteers about BTC.

I do not believe that these donations will reach or ever reach the citizens of poor countries that need help. The fact that corruption countries makes it impossible to believe in the fairness of government.

Bitcoin can't help an entire country. but it can surely help the person who use bitcoin if he's poor. and if a country have a lot of bitcoin users then it will surely be beneficial and for that country.
bitcoin need some contribution. if you contribute with bitcoin and crypto currencies . they will reward you for sure. but if you think bitcoin should give you fortune without doing anything just because you are a poor person then keep dreaming.

You are correct, dude. Btc can help and improve poor people, in Africa, Asian countries. They can make bitcoin by solving captcha, posting and do social campaign. Although the money is not a lot, it still can help to improve their life.

solving captcha and social campaign i think not only in asia or afrika. All people in all country for the first time will doing that. Especially for people who do not want to spend their money.

BTC can help poor countries because it can offer some sort of stability while bansk can crash the economy,BTC is somekind of fresh air in that sense and can offer something which doesn't have any competition. What BTC also can offer is the ability to help the economy recover and provide a unique way to escape the banking system and all that comes with it really,so it definitely can help
It is possible to save the people if you destroy the banking system and what they do with the people. But not the state. It is the state rests on the banks, and fully supports them. So there is a stick with two ends. What strikes is not clear.

I don't know if bitcoin can go fully against banks, we can see a thread in this section talking about "bitcoin banks" and we can see a lot of people saying that is a good way... So bitcoin is useless at this point, people need education before, an good work with good wage...

Bitcoin alone can't do much...
Those people does wanna their bitcoins to generate interest, the same way fiat banks does provide, thats the general interest at such project. Bitcoin can help some people getting an extra source of income, with that those people which leaves into those poor countries can change their life, improving, even knowing that bitcoin wont make them rich, but can make a huge diference.

or how about knowledge, so they can learn and produce these thing for themselves. how about we do not compete so hard that they can have a fight chance. we just need to stop exploiting them.
