Well logically yes i can. It can improve the economical structure and the condition but only if most of the people around the country accepts it as a money
I think some altcoin like Ethereum can help. it's not a secret that banks make people slaves and corrupted government institutions help them. this corrupted structures could be replaced with some kind of altcoin structures. This will grant transparency and kind of real democracy
Bitcoin can't help an entire country. but it can surely help the person who use bitcoin if he's poor. and if a country have a lot of bitcoin users then it will surely be beneficial and for that country.

Well bitcoin is just going to be a medium that the people are going to use to help themselves. And if they are just going to get serious with bitcoin for sure these people who are living in the poor countries is going to be able to go out of poverty. Because bitcoin is really the one that is going to help them with their financial problems.

Hi. I travel a lot to many poor locations and this year specially I've been in many latin american and african countries. I'm able to say that most of the poorest countries are in chaotic situation because of the government abuses and Bitcoin (and even Ethereum) are saving lotta people who are faraway from bank --they use a merchant to intermediate the distances and some in Latam uses some key person with account to divide with others the transfers they do. It is a very unique situation. I wish many of you were there to see. This system is the key to salvation. I did little explanations but since it's not my course (I teach physics and work with power plants) I was not so efficient. But trust me, it will save lot of lifes.

No neither Bitcoin, neither altcoins can help poor countries, because in poor countries people do not have computers and computer knowledge, and Internet connection is may be only in the capital city in some places.

Bitcoin can help the poor people on the poor countries. Like me, I earn a few bitcoins thru signature campaign, but if it is converted into fiat, it is already a lot here in our country. And that is just signature campaign earnings. If you add some trading income, then it will be enough to survive. If I only rely on fiat earnings, the pay will be too low.

there are some poor countries where we can see unemployment on extreme level so in those areas if these people try to adopt bitcoin and then try to start trade with their lowest available money then they will be able to earn some good amount of money and will be able to spend life like rich people.

I don't think so, but bitcoin can help the people who use it on instrument of investments, are like trading bitcoin to fiat, trading altcoins, cloud mining or hardware mining. Although it is just a little help for some people and not all of people who live at poor countries.

Because of the fact that Bitcoin operates via the internet makes this a big problem.
It's a very easy question. If indeed in the poor countries do not yet have internet then we must construct a base to introduce the internet to everyone about the bitcoin. After that we did a socialization towards bitcoin, it does things that are very simple. But it takes a lot of energy and also the funds to build it all
