The real question is, Can poor countries help Bitcoin? I don't want people using Bitcoin that only earn $2 a month unless there's a couple of billion of them using it.
Besides, don't they have shit like M-Pesa to send their penny's to each other?
For sure if a entire country start to use it as a secondary currency option, the bitcoin can raise your price, "erase" the fame of illegal trades, more midia...
Wow! Nice to see a coin like that! How the things are going?
Don't know if I'm blind or just small fonts hahah however it's hard to read the Road Map on the site.
Great idea, all the best for you and CoExistCoin!
Can Bitcoin or any other altcoin help poor countries?
how? what can be done?
I like the fact that the exchange rate is universal. Politics in poor country can't affect the currency. Importantly, for any trade into countries with low value currency you make a good sum of money back.
That's the point.
If it is a poor country, let's assume they have no decent internet connection speed or no connection at all.
And we all know that bitcoin is internet-based. Now, even if we are thousands of donors here and we can make hundreds of thousands of bitcoins, how can we deliver it to them? The coins don't fly by themselves. We still need people who are actual volunteers. Just saying.
Can bitcoin/digital currency deliver a better internet connection/technology to this countries? How?
Of course we can. We can help build satellites but that would cost millions of dollars.
Our donation would not be enough just to build those facilities.
Well, maybe Bill Gates can donate too
