I think so, with the earnings that you can get from Bitcoin, a poor person can really climb his way up using Bitcoins. From a third-world country kid into someone that has achieved his goals. There are tons of excellent tutorials on Youtube, all a person would be needing is an Internet connection and a computer. His investments would be his time, effort, and his drive to really become the person he wants to be. To be serious, I can have a greater income than my professor if I would pursue my Bitcoin journey. Apparently, I have no time for that.

Once a huge scale of people are doing Bitcoin in poor countries, then those huge scale of people would have a source of income. They can get out of poverty by doing Bitcoins.

If it is a poor country, let's assume they have no decent internet connection speed or no connection at all.
And we all know that bitcoin is internet-based. Now, even if we are thousands of donors here and we can make hundreds of thousands of bitcoins, how can we deliver it to them? The coins don't fly by themselves. We still need people who are actual volunteers. Just saying.

it is only people who can help themselves.
so poor country or not, the only thing that can help people is themselves and their skills. for example you can claim faucets for earning and stay poor forever or start being innovative and start a helpful service that is missing from your country and make a lot of money for example a bitcoin exchange service with your local currency and accepting local bank deposits, ... or any other innovative idea.

Bitcoin, just like other currencies is only a tool. It cant help anybody by itself. It depends on the person who uses that tool. So, bitcoin cant help poor countries if those countries dont make any action regarding bitcoin. It seems complicated but thats the truth!

Ooohhh. Best I have ever read and it is the truth.  Just like how they are saying to hate bitcoin. How could you hate a thing? It is the tool for some bad intention of people who wants to create money in a faster but evil way.

Same with how it will help someone. Use it as a tool to help you first then your country.

Can Bitcoin or any other altcoin help poor countries?
how? what can be done?

Not sure about helping poor countries but bitcoin really helps a lot of people that are quite not rich enough to have a good life because they cannot earn much but bitcoin helps them earn some extra money to live their lives in quite a better way then usual.

It's actually the only realistic way that all those poor countries can ever join the world economy. Banks will never find profit in banking the more than 4 billion people that is outside the global market. Here is where bitcoin will shine the most and the marketcap will go x1000.

Yes bitcoin can help poor countries. Isn't it an option to make this the global currency and have all the money worth the same? makes it easier for poor countries probably but I'm not sure though this ain't my best subject haha.

well, I guess you can always earn bitcoin online no matter where you live. there is always freelance jobs that you can take and do online, there is always mining which is mostly mining altcoins especially if you have a cheap electricity which is the case in most of these countries. and also there is always trading and making money that way.
so bitcoin can be a good second income for everybody to help them financially and with no restriction about where you live.

for a decent number of people there bitcoin can make their life a bit easier. a lot people there don't have the right documents, or no documents at all to open a bank account. and in case some one does manage to open one, they are tied to paying fees that for their level of income is massive. with bitcoin you can create as many bitcoin addresses for free as you want. there are no monthly or weekly fees involved. in that aspect bitcoin can be quite helpful.
in poor country so many people don't pay taxes, they just care about the money and food, they're rarely opening bank, and the amount of bitcoin adresses have nothing to do with the poor economy,so all of the point is such a useless reason that bitcoin could help poor countries
I agree imo poor countries are hard to help with just currency it's usually the government which is not functioning on a normal level either. So I'm not sure what bitcoin could mean for poor countries.

Certainly it will help poor countries.  If people from that country woild know how bitcoin works and how can everyone make an income with it then it could help poor countries.  People will find a way to make a living even it is just a penny but if you are hardworking then for sure you could earn pretty good amount of bitcoin.  It will maybe also lessen the numbers of crime in that country because many people were so busy earning bitcoin.
yeah it would definitely help all the people because they wouldnt require any banking and besides that in my opinion they would be masters of their own money

I am not sure Bitcoin can help poor countries, but bitcoin can help each person in poor countries who smart and know how to earn bitcoin. If goverment help people to conect to internet, the online  market will grow up then many investors will come that help poor countries. And ofcourse they should be use bitcoin as payment method becouse bitcoin has no inflation.

I think bitcoin can not help the poor countries because it had no effect. But if bitcoin help people who have little income I suppose it could be. Crypto will not have any affect on the economy of a country.

Can Bitcoin or any other altcoin help poor countries?
how? what can be done?

I don`t think that bitcoin or altcoins can help poor countries in any way.

They are just cryptocurrencies.

Poor countries need specific economical policy amd more forin investors.

It may look impossible. But it also depends on the situation. If indeed the circumstances or situation strongly support the existence of the bitcoin users to help poor countries, then I am sure it will definitely happen. Bitcoin is not currency that bad friend!!, you can benefit by using bitcoin or save it
yeah bitcoin is not that bad currency but a currency will still remain a currency and can't spend itself to help the poor because a currency doesn't have a brain, and any cryptocurrency definitely have nothing to do with the poverty, there's a charity that use bitcoin but people rarely donate so it,and also to get cryptocurrency you will need money and those poor doesn't even have money so can feel the benefit of bitcoin

What is your definition of poor? Technically advanced but economically poor ?Or Both ?
Considering a Nation to be technically poor, there is no doubt that bitcoin will turn out to be a fail experiment. If the nation is economically poor, bitcoin wouldn't help boost it's market revenue since not many people will afford buying it.Fact is,bitcoin isn't a magical carpet to a road to richness but an experimental currency to "transform" the traditional transactions.Bitcoin does not create a lot of job opportunities automatically but instead pays for the existing one in a new fashion.
