I think banking will always exist but banks will adopt blockchain technology and where the unbanked are it will be cheaper to get peeps using a mobile phone into the banking system by just using electronic currency for all their needs, so banking costs will be reduced. I do think banking as we know it will change eventually as more and more people start living on the blockchain and doing things in a more decentralized way than what we have been used to in the past. Before we always relied on central entities, now we are reshaping our destinies in a more decentralized way and democratizing money as it were.

In my opinion, the blockchain can easily replace banks. Since the blockchain is security, reliability and transparency. And the banks do not have that. Therefore, in the near future. We will see how the banks will start using blockchain technology.
