Yes i believe so. Blockchain can survive without bitcoin, although bitcoin is the de facto main crypto but it isn't the only one therefore without it, other crytpo's will continue to exist. I think the absence of bitcoin will no doubt create some medium term difficulties for other crypto's but then again this is similar to conventional businesses going into and out of business.

Well, it won't be anything new for a game to use a blockchain I don't think. I remember over 50% of the transactions on the Bitcoin network itself were from SatoshiDice back in around 2012 or so if I remember correctly.

I think it will. There are bunch of other new interesting functions have been applied to blockchain lately.
Of course there may be blockchain without Bitcoin, but I do not see a blockchain more relevant than Bitcoin in the next few years, it was the first and remains the most robust and reliable, all this movement that is underway was triggered by Bitcoin, so if a technology as disruptive as it does not emerge, it will be Bitcoin that will stay on top.
