It most definitely can. It is a fact that Blockchain Technology was first invented and implemented for Bitcoin. After the successful implementation, blockchain was considered as a revolutionary technology which can bring transparency in the system.
Apart from the Bitcoin, there are many industries like banking, insurance, supply chain, etc, where blockchain can be implemented.

no doubt, I think bitcoin will die in the coming years. But technology will certainly remain. The technology is beautiful. Bitcoin unfortunately dies and I think that it will not save anything anymore))
if in my opinion will not be gan. bleckchain can develop without bitcoin. because bitcoin like plants, bleckchain like fertilizer, digital tool is like land. so everything is in one relationship with each other .

These two things are interrelated, Bitcoin is built on the blockchain, I'm not sure there are many people recognize blockchain if there is no bitcoin. Bitcoin is the standard for blockchain, the blockchain developers earn money through bitcoin. When blockhain die, ofcourse bitcoin will die but when bitcoin die i'm not sure blockchain will die too

Technically, criptocurrency market will not be affected BTC absence because it is just a coin but not foundation for other criptocurrencies. However, it will be huge market dump in case of big problems with BTC

Blockchain offers a much safer experience than traditional banking, because of its sophisticated cryptographic protection system, But if bitcoin is lost it might lower people using blockchain
Blockchain tech is here to say. Currently, we see various know companies already trying this tech for efficiency and effectiveness. As to bitcoin, it may stay here longer, but still new coin may arise as this technology develops.
That means blochchain can be adapted for various things, the goal is to simplify the work. Blockchain is growing in popularity and growing along with the rising popularity of bitcoin. So, I think bitcoin can still exist without bitcoin. 
I am confident that the blockchain will live for a very long time, because this technology is developing at great speed! Of course, you should not underestimate the importance of crypto currency in the development of blockchain, but I think that the death of the crypto currency will not mean the death of the whole blockchain!
Block chain operates all the crypto money but mostly the bitcoin transaction takes place through blockchain So it is said that the blockchain will survive if the bitcoin not available then they will deal other crypto coins and the system will go on. Bitcoin for the present time many transaction takes place over the internet and i think the bitcoin is the most active trading currency of the world.
I think that current blockchain continues to be used in various areas of need. Maybe blockchain can survive even without bitcoin in the future. Blockchain is a great technology and is constantly being developed. This can be a way for blockchain to survive even in the absence of bitcoins.
It could be that blockchain survives without bitcoin but maybe in the near future blockchain will experience tremendous chaos because not yet accustomed without bitcoin.

I think of course I can. Because the current blockchain continues to be developed and used not only on bitcoin but other aspects. Blockchan is currently viewed and studied by businesspeople in order to be used in various fields. The development of blockchain will also continue to increase over time.
Well, Blockchain has more of a long term implementation in solving authentic world quandaries and recording data through history in an encrypted format that can not be altered. The caliber of innovation in Blockchain technology shows that it has all sorts of theoretical implementations in the future.
Obviously, blockchain technology gave birth to Bitcoin. And the technology is being applied to our everyday life to to solve one or two problems. Blockchain technology will remain fot life. And it will help the world.
