Then go the easy and safe way by buying it in aa reputable exchange like Coinbase, don't go for new exchange, it's very risky I have seen one guy got scammed for trading in a new exchange, and do not consider the price, some new exchanges are manipulating the price so they can sell cheap and attract investors, only trust good exchange even if they ask you to do KYC, because they are under government supervision.
