Convert all the tokens to BTC or another cryptocurrency so that no useless tokens remain in your wallet. No way to delete them. Only withdraw or convert.

I don't think that you understood the question. In an ERC-20 wallet, there is no option to convert your tokens. For that, you need to move the tokens to an exchange account and trade with them. But moving out these tokens will incur a certain fee. And that is the reason why the OP is getting frustrated. He doesn't want to spend his hard earned money on getting rid of these worthless tokens.

that right, better to use gas fee to usefull transaction not for gargabe token. if we have more token , more money we will use to tranfer it into another wallet. maybe use new address could be good decision ,moreover its very easy to create.
maybe he doesn't want to replace his wallet with a new wallet, I also still use the old wallet and lots of useless coins in it, but I just let it go, sometimes I move coins that have value to a safer wallet

Yes! Sure, send it to the burn address of all erc 20 tokens and you would have no need retrieving them because funds sent to the erc 20 burning address can't sent funds back. So if you are very sure then you can proceed to using the burning address of erc 20 tokens. just sent the particular token to that address and it's lost forever.

Is it possible to remove tokens from dead projects/tokens that are totally useless and worth $0 from my wallet? Do I just send them to a random address? I don't want to burden anyone else with those shitcoins  Cheesy

Yes you can do such thing of sending those zero value coins into any random address but you will be just making an effort and you will have to spend money to provide gas on sending it. It will be just a waste of time, effort and money. If the wallet you have just only contains those useless tokens, better be do some actions by just creating a new wallet so that you have a clean wallet and you can start from the beginning having to useless tokens in your wallet. By that way, you will be spending any amount just to get rid of your useless tokens. Wise move and decision to do such move because sending it into another address will just cost you to spend money on providing a gas for it. But if the wallet you have contains both valuable and useless tokens, better just ignore those useless tokens for they will cause you no harm at all. Better move forward not thinking of those because it is just normal to face such experience here in this industry.

It is not possible to remove it, it can only throw it away at another address and it will consume wasteful gas. If your wallet is full of shitcoin, it's better to use a new wallet instead of having to send it repeatedly.
maybe OP is using Single wallet eversince and now he takes it hard
to check all the currency in His wallet and many has
no value but i think whats better now is just create other wallet
and send all the valuable currency on that and
leave all the worthless in this way he can separate the valuable
from the no value at all and also it is not wise
using one wallet in multiple tokens instead create each of them.

I have like over 150 dead tokens from scam projects in my wallet.. some dont even worth a dollar.. you can send them to any wallet you think off.. but that would take gas (eth) I believe theres an option to hide those kind of coins
I also like that, there are over 200 useless tokens in my ETH address. No token is worth more than a cent, but I never care about it because it doesn't hurt my wallet, it even makes my wallet look better Smiley) )

I also do not care about tokens in my ethereum wallet. If I want to get rid of the useless token, instead I need ethereum to transfer it to the burning address and I'd better leave it.
Why should you waste money on useless tokens? Just create a new address and use it. Moving tokens will cost some small money, but if you move multiple times it will certainly be a significant amount of money.

Moreover, if you want to transfer those useless tokens to another wallet address, you must create one more wallet address. So, why don't we use the new wallet address we created instead of passing the useless token into it.  Cheesy

yeah, or you can send your ETH to a new wallet, and leave this with useless coins behind, and check it if you expect new payments on this wallet, i do not think that send them to a random address, which needs fee for transaction is just lost of money

You can't delete useless tokens and you should not.
It is possible for dead altcoins to rise again, and you should keep believing.

Instead of sending your useless tokens to burn address, just open a new wallet and move on from there

Holding them in the wallet will not cause any loss, if annoyed with the tokens. Just create a new address, everything will be clean. Never waste money to move those tokens to another address, that's really a stupid action

You can't delete the tokens but you can send to another wallet or a dedicated wallet you created for the sole purpose of keeping useless tokens, in this way getting rid of them. But thinking about it, why wasting the gas fee on a useless token? Why not just ignore and pretend it's never in your wallet since it is not worth it.

Why delete them when you should know how unpredictable crypto space is. A useless token today might worth some dollars tomorrow. So I suggest you leave the useless tokens moreover they dont occupy space in the wallet.

You just spoke my mind. We need to learn lessons on what is happening in the crypto space.
Oh! The coin is a shitcoin?
Does the coin have no value?
Are we sure of what the future holds for such coin?
If the user is tired of seeing the coin every day, perhaps when he opens his wallet since there are millions of wallets that can be created on Ethereum platform, he can just leave that wallet somewhere, but with the private key saved in a safe place and then create a new wallet to be used.
It is as simple as that.

it's not impossible, as long as we still have eth for a fee, you can make the token in a wallet that you don't use. however, I have a suggestion. you should collect tokens that do not have these prices into one wallet. we don't know because maybe in the future, there will be several tokens that have a price, or you can sell them at forkdelta.

I have more than 20 junk tokens, 5 of which are spammed, and of course, its total value is $0. I really wanted to delete them, I tried searching for instructions a lot, but I realized there was no other way but to transfer them to another wallet. Of course, I will need to pay gas charges for that.

You cannot delete any tokens to your wallet the only thing just you need is to hide those coins because to the wallet they know the capability of their coins even there is no use for now because there are a lot of coins starting at zero trades and not too much popular bitcoin is the same with the tokens does not recognize but the time goes by it becomes more profitable and gained a lot of popularity so it is not good if they are trying to delete those coins on the wallet but the users can only hide it.

I don't think you can delete unwanted tokens in your wallet unless you send it to other address.
Let it sit in your wallet, it is not that you will lose your coin if you have it. Who knows that the token will have great value in the future.
You will need some gas fee to transfer the token, so it is better to leave it.

Yes, that is the last and very simple solution, I think, because it would be ridiculous if someone threw away a gas fee for junk tokens or shitcoin, then it would be better to use a new wallet and leave the old wallet at the data storage.
