Usually that is no rule which prevents you from prticipating at special time. What is more important is your rank. As mostly ICO projects do not allow to participate newbies ranks. As forum restricts this rank features. if you want to "work" with bounties. Try to find a person who sells account. I don't knowany, so can't help you with this
yes you can join the project you like and you think it's nice anytime km want. but one thing you should know is read first if you want to join the project. that the project requires beginners what not if the project is in need then join it. and work according to the rules of the project
bounty very much, can you check in this bitcointalk, in altcoin forum. there you can restore and search for the best in it there is a regulation.
You can join any bounty campaign here at anytime you like, but just be wise on joining bounty campaign here because you need to know that digital world is full of scammers that is why we need to know first how to choose good bounty before joining bounty campaign and for now, I suggest make your self familiarize to many strategies on how to know the best bounty that you can make money.

Of course you can, but you have to level up first your rank to at least member rank to be able to participate in any campaign you'd like. And when it comes to new campaigns, you can check it to alternate cryptocurrencies section (bounties) for bounty campaigns and to economy section (services) for campaigns that are payable in bitcoin.

Some bounties put limit to their participants but only few do this. Like in signature, they decided that they will only accept 100 participants or in twitter, they will only accept 10k participants. You can do that strategy but if you are unlucky to find these campaigns then you can't.
Yes if newbie account is open for that campaign, only few number of managers existing that is now accepting this rank for bounty participation. I will surely advice newcomers to this forum to make social media account first and accumulates many followers on twitter or Facebook as it would be much easier than using a newly made account for this bounties.

Feel free to join on those social media campaign although it has a smaller profit compared to signature campaign since it spammed by a lot of accounts due to the fact that there's a large number of users with those platforms although profit is a profit so nothing to worry about, just check the bounty section of this forum there's a lot of campaign posted there. Truly, you can join abundance at whenever as long as it is as yet running yet first you have to expand your rank on the grounds that most bounties don't acknowledge amateurs and when you join, your stake relies upon the day you joined the battle. Just go to that bounty thread and see whether it is closed or opened for new participants but most of the bountys allows the new participants at any time so you can register into the google for to get participate on that bounty,but there were few bounties are also available which pays us in the altcoins which was already listed in them most of the time were limited participants were involved.
Definitely you can join any social media campaign even in its last week, but Its better to make your account atleast jr member rank and join signature campaign bounties in the altcoin bounties section its because you can earn more here than you can earn by joining social media campaign.

Yes you can join in any social media campaign at any time you want ,unlike in signature campaign that your only allowed to join in one campaign, in social media campaign you are free to join in every social campaign and theres no limit.
Actually it's depends from the rules from each bounties. Sometimes, there are some managers who choose to close new registration for new person due to full seat or the campaign will be end around 3 weeks later. Why you want to join in the middle of campaign when you can join from the start?

I think if you join in the week to 7 or 8 better see the first participant. if the participants are so much better you are looking for a new bounty because although the project runs smoothly, the results we get will be very little. because many participants have long joined the project. most of the people never see their participants first enough to make all participants get minimal results. yes you can join in the 7th week but depending on the rules of bounty manager that you follow sometimes there is bounty that limit the number of bounty participants. and of course the results you get a little from the participants who participated bounty earlier.
You can lurk through this entire section of Service Discussion for altcoins and you'll see some table of bounties that has been created for people like you.
There are websites also that are tracking for new bounties but you can use search engines for it.
I'm not updated with those ICOs/bounties.
