Bitcoin is now rising, and it has jumped by 3k in less than 10 minutes. Although everyone is happy but also worried, is it going to fall again?
My friend asked if I can continue to buy it? But I see a lot of people commenting that giant whales are now controlling the market. I told my friends not to enter the market for now, but my friends seem to have misunderstood me.
Do you think that this kind of market should be forbidden to enter or continue to buy?
I suggest not to panic selling。
If you want calls every 5 minutes about how bitcoin is dropping then you can definitely recommend it. I once did it, never have done it ever in my entire life and will never do it, but during 2017 peak periods I have helped a friend of my friend to buy bitcoin, which ended up with him losing a lot of money as expected, after all bitcoin dropped from 20k to 3k and during that period he got out at around 10k or so, which means he lost 50% for buying bitcoin.

It wasn't a huge deal, it was just 1000 dollars and when you lose half of that it is 500 bucks, he was a lawyer and he made that money back very quickly, probably in a week but at least it was some loss. During all of that fall I constantly got phone calls, messages and eventually after he got out, constant bickering and mocking about bitcoin. I have seen him during that 64k period and I started to mock him this time around, but that 1 year was definitely annoying.

Why not? This is a good idea, bitcoin has proven to be the most profitable investment for me, in 2015 I bought $650 btc and I held it for almost a year and I got profit more than 150%, since it I am not afraid to invite my friends/families to buy bitcoin and there are some who was successful and thanked me.
Your personal experienced will serve as good reference for people who you going to invite, if you have good success within this business
recommending wont' be hard for you as you can let them realized how valuable this investment and how good it can turned along the way.

Truly a good opportunities to buy now and allow them to explore for more, if they are into trading or investing there are many other options for them.

It's easier to convince other people to buy Bitcoin, if indeed we have experience getting big profits from investing in Bitcoin. We just need
to show our success portfolio to our friends, he will definitely be influenced and want to follow in our footsteps. But don't let our friends
invest unsupervised, because beginners are likely to make the wrong decision. If our friend fails, he will surely blame us, therefore teach
our friend at least basic  knowledge about Bitcoin investment. And guide until our friends understand how to analyze the market correctly.

I would always stay away from recommending what to invest to other people. Let them make their own decisions. Nearly all of my friends know that I have been involved in crypto at one point or another and I have been doing it for over 8 years now, if they were smart enough they would have gotten in at some point but they didn't, which means they have lost that chance. I do not have to go out there and tell everyone to buy bitcoin, I tell them I am invested and that is good enough, after that they have to make their own decision.

I even had friends ask me if they should invest or not and I told them I can't make that decision for them specifically, if they really want to invest then they will invest and if they do not want to invest or not sure then they won't but I will not be making that decision for them. It is simple, if they lose, they will blame you and I am not fine with that.

Buying on dips is everyone's habit. Recently, the price of Bitcoin has fluctuated due to Amazon. We can tell our friends about our suggestions, but we should let our friends make their own decisions. Bitcoin is a long-term asset and does not need to be traded frequently. I do not recommend selling at this stage.
We do not have to force them to follow our suggestion but we can teach them how to determine the time to buy bitcoin. Besides that, we need to tell them to learn about when the time to enter the market and always remind them that the price will change every day so they do not have to panic if they see the price is down. Do not forget to suggest that he invest in bitcoin with the money that he can afford and never use all of his money to just invest in bitcoin, especially for the money that he uses for his daily.

You and your friends should have just entered the market recently. If you are not prepared, you should not suggest to others in this area unless you trust enough, because you are only making suggestions, and how to choose depends on your friend's own ideas. Did your friend hear that you didn't buy it? I think your friend should regret it a bit now.

At 30k I was little reluctant to suggest it because if it had fallen a bit more than could ended by in 20-25k as per me. But now since btc has started to upswing now and almost nearing 40k, so the bounce back seems to have started and would invest in it if somebody is looking to make. Just keep some capital to invest in 3-4 tranches on dip just in case rather than investing at one go.

Only recommend it if your friend is willing to hold it over the long run.

And make sure to recommend that he DCA his way into his position - i.e., don't put all of his capital base in all at once. That increases the likelihood of him buying at market top exponentially. Instead, suggest that he dollar cost average.

It is almost guaranteed that BTC will be more expensive 4 years from now due to its disinflationary nature, and the halving in 2024. The problem is we don't know exactly when the bottom will be in this bear market, or whether this is a bear market at all. Averaging cost is a great way to ensure that you don't get ripped either way.

You shouldn't be selling now, don't panic! Just be calm because one day we will harvest all the efforts that we had. This market should continue to grow, even our friends to should come and join with us for our future endeavors that enjoys the lucky profit.
Buying time is already their, we must embrace this biggest opportunity while btc still building it's momentum to become more stronger.
If he's up for the profit then why not? Besides, Bitcoin is suddenly pumping right now due to the rumors that Amazon is accepting Bitcoin now. And if someone is holding for a long time then I think it's the right time to sell some after all those prices movement this is the right time to make some profit.

Anyway, I wouldn't say this is the right time to buy but if OP friend know what they were doing then it's totally fine. But do you think it's really the best time to buy? I mean, last year price is way more cheaper than today.

Whatever they ask about the price fluctuation, you should not have an accurate answer for it.
Be on the safe side to avoid being blamed later on.
Tell them your history maybe. If you are still holding your bitcoin up until now then it should be enough reason to give them a positive reaction about it.
We don't know who manipulates it, we don't know if the market really reacts whenever they sell, we don't know how much amount they are holding to make the market move or not. No one knows.
You can recommend it but always tell them it's not your fault to whatever will happen in the future. They should still be responsible for what they are entering.
Yes, we should not tell our friends when to buy or sell. We can tell them our personal views, and then let them consider for themselves, because if the currency keeps falling but not rising, your friends may put the blame on you. In the past few days, I also chatted with my friends a few words about cryptocurrency.

when paypal allows Bitcoin, I already told my sister to buy from Paypal just for her to taste how it feels to own Bitcoin. eventually, I've convinced her to register on exchange and buy there and send the btc to her private wallet.

i think yes. today is the right time to buy because every part of the world had already gone mad. btc coin could be the solution for her money to stay as a property when all things crumble especially if people can't withdraw money anymore from the banks.

Love the idea on when you convence your sister to buy bitcoin but also I'm not totally agree about word things crumble and people cannot withdraw their money from the banks since there's a law sorrounds and for sure anyone can take their money out on thay institution. If ypu mean about upcoming technology upgrade maybe yes but I think fiat will stay as there are other people who want to feel their wealth in their hands.

Recommend them to buy once a month for the next 18 to 24 months and that should be fair amount so long as this isnt the only asset they own as its quite speculative.   To tell someone remotely what to do is tricky as we cannot know when they will want to sell or future capital demands they might have if any.   Only chance is to give them a very reasonable long term plan distributed over time vs risk and then discuss fundamentals and dynamics in commodity currency and technological developing markets.

I understand you are in doubt about this matter, because a common problem is that when bitcoin loses value people start complaining and blaming those who reffered them to invest in crypto currency, because they see on the news some people getting millionaire through bitcoin investment and become mad when things go on the opposite way for them.

In fact, they just need to understand those people we see on the news are early adopters who are probably holding since 2013 or rich investors who entered the market investing a big budget. The same probably won't happen to late investors holding for a year or so. Anyway it's a very sensitive subject that must be talked cautiously with your friends, otherwise it can also prejudice your relationship with them later if their experience with bitcoin is negative. That is why people say business is business.

According to me don't tell him directly to invest in bitcoin. Tell him to check out bitcoin, to know about bitcoin, tell him a deep research about it. Because i hope you will know that bitcoin has an unpredictable price history and it will be continues. Now without understanding him about this you tell him to invest and he done it all because of Trust on you. But after some time he saw he is in lose. Then he didn't understand anything and call you to tell the worst word. Because It's a matter of money and you can't understand him that time because he is in lose. Though he is profit he might be happy and buy more then down again bad language. But before that understand him about bitcoin. I think it will be great.
Would really be doing the same.I would suggest to make some research first before suggesting for him to invest so that you wouldnt really get blamed of when their investment
turns out to be bad and im a kind of person that wont really like to be get blamed and dont forget to give out the basics but when it comes to investment decisions
then it would really be still depending on him.All you do need to do is to give him the idea and be aware about the risk.Of course you could recommend bitcoin
to a friend but dont forget on telling the risk.

Don't recommend let him decide for himself just educate him on how the market works and, pointing him to all the right sources about the market about this technology then let him do his own research and decide what and when to invest when it comes to investing let investors do his own research and decide for himself.

I think so, recommending bitcoin is a very risky thing if he doesn't know about crypto, it's better to just provide correct information and give examples of success stories from bitcoin for example miners, I'm sure if he is realistic then he will want to invest in bitcoin.
