I don't know when exactly we can see altcoins season raise up again, in last week crypto market in bearish condition. Its mean we're in buy area to collect some altcoins for holding at least 3 months later. I hope it will happen in Q4 2019 that crypto market change the trend to bullish.
since the beginning of this year. bitcoin dominance has tremendously affected the altcoin markets. when bitcoins raises, altcoin move very slowly but when it goes down. altcoins are heavily affected. Are we going to see any major bull market for altcoin again. we are already in the third quarter of the year. i am concerned because i strongly believed in altcoins more than bitcoin.
Current market conditions are indeed favoring Bitcoin rather than Altcoin. But I am sure, the movement of Bitcoin will have a positive impact on Altcoin. Not now this will happen, but I'm sure someday it will happen.
when the price of Bitcoin starts to rise, many people expect the altcoin to rise, but in fact the altcoin still hasn't shown an increase, but I think it's too fast to say the altcoin will grow, maybe the beginning of 2020 the altcoin will grow again..

I think that season of altcoins will not be same as in 2017 - 2018, when people bought almost all coins. Now investments in altcoins, for most part, are carried out through the IEO on top exchanges. Situation may change with arrival of Facebook and telegram to crypto industry.
The crypto market is highly unpredictable, a lot of persons have jumped into alts thinking it will repeat the bull of 2017 but the reverse happened, nobody had believed what is happening currently, it is likely an altcoin season will come but when and how is far from a common understanding, not a good idea to keep holding
for now it is only optimistic that the alt season is there for this year, forget for a moment the crypto market conditions for the past few weeks have decreased, and maybe you can do research about what altcoins are suitable now so that when the altseason happens you get an unexpected surprise
then what makes this market move this year in your opinion? the decline has taken place and we will indeed hope for an upward movement. but somehow the altcoin will get that moment.

It is about to start soon, because right now the market is very silent. In four days, we would have the decision from Bakkt exchange if they are going to launch or postponing it again. If things get approved, after BTC pump, altcoins will follow.
I personally don't expect any altcoin season. It is a myth. In the market, only one coin has value - it is bitcoin. Everything else is short-term speculation.

You will see that altcoin season will come again after a massive destruction has happened. It sure seems alts have been crippled.
Once many have been relocated to the graveyard. A whole new group of promising ICO projects will hit the scene and resurrect interest in alts.

Be patient dear friends. Now is not the time for altcoins. But it should come soon. At least I hope so
Usually the altcoin season comes after the bull run of bitcoin. I'm basing it off with 2018's early week of January because that's the start of everything including the bear market. We have seen that there are few days that the alts were all soaring but after that, it has been dumped quickly. 
it's normal in the market because we have to know that currently the crypto king is bitcoin, of course the altcoin will follow bitcoin. and I think the altcoin market price movements will be slow and you have to be patient. altcoin prices are back high as before I am sure it will but we all have to be patient.
That happens if Bitcoin experiences a good price increase again because all will depend on the development of Bitcoin in the following year. If Bitcoin continues to have good prices maybe Altcoin will accompany the steps.
if you see a trade it will be good because there will definitely be an increase if bitcoin increases. but if we see the price, I don't think it will have an effect if the dominance of bitcoin is still very high. it will make altcoin still like what happened this year.

Maybe in the fourth quarter there will be a pretty good change for the market recovery, especially for altcoins. although at this time there are also many good and reliable but because of the many circulation of altcoins, so it is not too visible that there are only altcoins which are mostly stopped in the middle of the road and do not sell well. so it looks like a good altcoin is covered with that.
Im an altcoin guy myself. Im rooting for them. But the flow of the market really favors bitcoin in so many ways. Maybe we should better start looking into bitcoin more because it is getting the attention it doesnt really have for years now.
