I agree with you, because most altcoins recover very slowly, but if the market decreases, the altcoin will decline very quickly, but not all altcoins like that, there are some altcoins that have managed to survive and not experience a very drastic decline
The no.1 problem is that right now there are too many altcoins in circulation. More than 2,200 of them are listed in coinmarketcap and manymore are not listed. A conservative estimate maybe somewhere around 10,000 different coins, with the majority of them either dormant or dead. The market is not big enough to accommodate this huge number of coins. So only the top 1% or 2% are going to survive in the long-term.

to get to the bull market, altcoin will be very difficult, because altcoin is involved in various fields of business, with various objects and types between altcoins, towards Bullrun, altcoin is very dependent on ETH, if ETH rises then chances are the altcoin for a bull run will be bigger.

Are we going to see any major bull market for altcoin again. we are already in the third quarter of the year. i am concerned because i strongly believed in altcoins more than bitcoin.

Definitely yes, but it will not come this year. BTC is still growing and unstable so it makes altcoin bleed. The altcoin season can come in between 2020 or the end of 2020 if the market is still as good as it is now

It's really hard to say at this moment, Eth had a run up with Btc few weeks now but has dumped hard when compared to Btc recent price. The market keeps acting on its own will but let's hope alts season comes this year.
Well i think because people are mostly accumulating bitcoin and their selling altcouns to buy bitcoin. I think the altcoin run will happen but not this year maybe in 2020 around January to February.
It's very possible and I think it's going to happen some day. Practically, the fall affected every coin so with time, things will get back to normal. Let's not lose hope yet.

Definitely yes, but it will not come this year. BTC is still growing and unstable so it makes altcoin bleed. The altcoin season can come in between 2020 or the end of 2020 if the market is still as good as it is now 
That is ONE HUNDRED PERCENT sure that the altcoin season (bullrun) will come but on what i can see now in the market,

You can't have altcoin season as altcoins are still overpriced. You might see from time to time, one out of tens of thousands making 100x, but it would be quite impossible to predict.
Also most of the 2017 alts will probably never recover to make a new ATH. Their teams failed to create value. So it is better to try and find new upcoming projects that are undervalued and have potential. I highly doubt that projects that did thousands of times movements in 2017 will become relevant again as cryptocurrencies.
Right now we have thousands of exchanges offering ridiculous IEO's and cryptocurrencies used by nobody. In 2017 it was like 5 big exchanges and 10 smaller ones that managed to pump every shitcoin.
I remember in cryptopia one day I bought every coin that was valued at 1 sat. They pumped all of them in a few days to 10-100x.
Sadly this isn't happening again. There is no actual interest right now like we had in 2017. We just have Tether pumping now. I don't see a short term pump for altcoins.
I even doubt that Bitcoin can stay above 10k for the next few days.

The altcoins season will come up again sooner or later. The btc growth that we see now it's just a fake pump, it doesn't looks like a natural market growth. Altcoins price recovery will only after btc price stabilisation. Probably it will happen only in autumn.
As what i have always said from the start, cryptois really always unpredictable, so there is always a great posibility that the altcoin will have a great season again in this year 2019, if bitcoin rise altcoin will surely rises too. So we need to wait for it, because crypto is all about patience. If we dont have a big patience we will surely loss on it.
I honestly do not know if there will still be an altcoin season but for altcoin holders, like me, have no choice but to hold on to it or sell at loss. I believe in the fundamentals of the altcoin that I am holding right now so, I do not fear this bear season for alts. I believe my alts will eventually move up in value.
What made you think that this will happen? If bitcoin price continues to rise, altcoins will remain in the back burner. I do not see bitcoin slowing down, at least for the near future.

To be honest i feel at the moment btc is the only hot buy from here and even if i want to get in some alts i will only pick Eth only because i do not see real alt season coming anytime soon.
I agree. If you choose what to invest among altcoins. That definitely need to choose ethereum. Because it is the most profitable option.
If you are believer of the altcoins I think you do not have to be worry about whats happening to altcoins because it's not all the time the altcoins decreased the price. But I will suggested to you just concerned to the altcoins that you have and do a check regularly if the coin is same potential or have improvements since you buy it. We have 3rd to 4th quarter and we still have chance to rise it.
