The Fate of almost everything is in the hands of the government, They are the policy makers and decides whats  legal and what is not, If the governments decide to put a stop to the cryptocurrency then they probably will. itsupon them to decide what will happen to the coins therefore they can do it

I think if there is political will anything might happen, but I am not sure about existence of such will, I think that crypto is one of the main achievements of our society.

the rapid change in the direction of the cryptographic currency exchange is due to the fact that the governments of the world do not accept the cryptography as legal. if governments want it they can destroy it.

Nopz, I don't think anything happens like this (world Government Kill Crypto). But, yeah some countries government ban it or make some strict rules (Not at all). Even there are many serious issue than Crypto. The government should take action on drugs, rapisim and many more rather then crypto. If it happens then it's real stupidity of government!

Yes I agree, another reason why the government can not kill cryptos is therefore decentralized, transparent, and unstoppable, every crypto coin run by their community without control from the government or other companies. as long as the crypto community always supports, cryptos can not be killed by the government.

I'm sure the world government will not kill crypto because if they want to do that then they have to turn off the internet in the world, I think the government will only manage everything like KYC

I really think that this is possible as long as the government as a whole would ban cryptocurrency. However, cryptocurrency is an innovation, the government might see it as a threat or risk now, but if they will study it further, which I am sure they are, they might see it as an advantage to adapt it.

Crypto is decentralized and hence very difficult for govt to kill it. Look at the Chinese govt who have banned it but it is still flourishing. For crypto to be killed the govt has to make a global regulation wherein each nation will join them unanimously. Which is very unlikely, countries can’t form consensus on Green House.
Majority of the countries are not against the crypto, they have already accepted that changes like this will happen.
The rule of the government is to regulate the crypto so it will be safe for the people once massive adoption will happen.

I do not think that the governments of the world can completely kill the crypto currency, but it can significantly weaken it.  I often wonder why  prohibit advertising ICO?  Perhaps this is the order "From above"?  Governments need to understand the prospects of the crypto currency, and they must figure out how to correctly introduce crypto-currencies into the life of their state.

I do not think they would kill it, crypto MC as a whole may just return to levels seen a few years ago and we would take another few years to recover to this stage with regs

I don't think so. It's too late to try to kill crypto. Many countries are already actively using the cryptocurrency in their economies and they will develop it further. Anyway, i'm sure cryptocurrency will be with us for a long time.

I hear a lot of people say can government kill a big market like crypto market, my common answer is that government can only kill crypto if they can shutdown the internet. If its not possible to shutdown the internet then you cannot kill crypto.

I think that governments of different countries can not kill the world of crypto currencies, but they are able to influence crypto. And I think that they will definitely do it.

Nice article in my own humble opinion government can only regulate the use of cryptocurrencies but they cant kill it,because other countries has already seen the good things which cryptocurrency offers, most of the countries that banned cryptocurrency activities like ICOs,trading are the ones who are in the power which clearly why they dont want cryptocurrency, decentralization will make people's freedom to transact anonimously which would have some negative impact, the government will find it hard if someone has done illegal activities like smuggling plus these transactions are not being taxed, which is the main reason why they are making their move to stop the cryptocurrencies adoption.!

Whatever the governments of different countries, today it is possible to say with confidence: the crypto currency has come to stay.
Indeed, How technologies are coming to this world to change everything in our real life becomes more complex and simple, the technology can't be killed by the government they are only able to prohibiting everyone to not use the cryptocurrency but the fact said that the majority of them didn't care what have announced by government to ban crypto.

No way. If any country tries they will fall. Even if fiat transactions are banned in any particular country there will be a lot of different coins that starting to appear today ( LibreCash, Heaven, TrueUSD etc) and ppl will use them as a fiat and thats it. So they will be in a stealth mode and may not to care about goverment regulation
It has a sense. The only question if there is really transperent coin and if it is really convenient to use. So the blockchain on top of which coin exist has a main role
Tether is the leader now but tokens are being emmited now like millions in a day without any reason and no way to check if it is really backed
The new coins that are appering now can do that. As for example of we take a look at LibreCash, there we have an autonomus smart contract where u will be able to check the reserve fund and all the transaction of token issuance any time u want. No hidden facts. All is transperent. If such coins continue to appear there will be no fair about crypto regulation as fiat currencies for profit fixin wont be needed anymore
Autonomus smart contracts it is like bancor works? U send tokens to smart contract and get smth in exhange? If so the concept of such so called stable coins may work. Probably i will investigate it deeper later
Smth similar to bancor, correct. Smart contracts will store the coins of different blockchains and u will be able to exchnage your coin to btc or eth or whatever else anytime u want for the fixed price. Take a look at LibreCash documentation to understand how it works. I guess a lot of project that will work with finances will use such method when Goverment or such structures like SEC will try to investigate the operations of finance start ups and different hedge funds

I don't think cryptocurrency can be banned or entirely kill by the governments around the world. The blockchain is an independent phenomenon which will exist no matter what happens. They can limit use, but not more.
