Now to the contest. 100 CANN to the first person who posts here quotes of what DeltaNine had to say in the first (leftmost) outlined period. Entrants will need to quote two or more items of significance, although they can be from the same discussion/announcement. You will need to cite your source.
A further 150 CANN is on offer if someone can explain the market logic of the first and second periods. Rules on this portion of the contest can be flexible if you like - readers may offer opinions on the worthiness of responses and whether they think any (or none) of the responses are deserving of reward.

It's up and down, aka pump&dump
The last major market event in October lasted about 2 weeks from initial rise to final plummets. We're in the initial 2-day period, during the last event the market looked similar to this during the first 2 days. It's not a steady rise, there have to be some fluctuations as people get nervous or as whales sell just to re-buy at lower prices before the next rise. While I can't guarantee that this wasn't just a brief 3 day P&D, I'm placing my bets that it will surpass this weeks' high significantly over the next week.
Edit: Maybe I was wrong? Price down to 1567, from a high of 2488, what do you guys think?

Just a reminder for everyone NOT to donate to SillyPotHead's CannabisCoin faucet.
The faucet remains broken - it does not recognize genuine CANN addresses and worse, it simply absorbs donated coins and continues to claim the faucet is empty.
Please do not waste your generosity (or your coins) by throwing them into that black hole.
If you refer people or link to Silly's faucet please stop doing so.
