however your calculator gives me 0.3216 coins/day which is the expected stake with a 30% annual interest...

The wallet has to be running to stake... so the amount would be different if you don't run 24 hours...
Also staking has a random aspect to it... so there will be a +- some amount each day... some days you will stake more, others you will stake less... over time it should average out to 30 percent a year...
