Regarding CZhhHVTACWeycxyBu1wNh7KjLxtyH5yJLz, it has never had 4 million coins. ⟳It had 1 million.

I guess you have that wrong idea because it has received more than 4.2 million coins, which is quite different.

As you can easily see on the explorer, besides the ⟳1 million it received from external addresses,
it has sent a lot of coins using itself as the change address.
For example: http://explore.captcoin.com/tx/76ace3b0b626684858ec3ff6e06cd48b83295b847c2e594cf18618e53987bb65
Of course, those ⟳200,010 count as received coins. But that doesn't mean it ever had 4 million.

Using a different change address for every transaction would have produced a lot of distribution addresses
and it would have been very hard to keep track.

Now that address is empty because its coins were already distributed to people who claim coins on get.CAPTcoin.com.

That's just a false amount shown on the website, If you look at those addy via blockexplorer you'll see the how much coins that addy holds. Wink

There was a problem which produced a wrong number to be displayed.
It was just a displaying issue.
