Ethereum have drop and lower price but I thin cardano never could replace of eth, looking how much cardano price right now and ho higher price of ethereum it more impossible could replace of eth and eth could be on higher price.
Cardano has a good long-term project, I think next year will be the beginning of a revival of the cardano, but still the price will still be inferior to etherum.
I used to like Cardano but it's price has gone deep very much , It has a good team and I think one of them is from Eth team , But still it wouldn't replace Eth in my view because many ICOs have been developed on Eth blockchain but ADA is not as popular for developers so far .
I don’t see any reason to talk about this project, because once again I’m saying that there are no news or developments that would really help us understand what this project is. Today for me is a dark world.
Don't think that it is possible, because etherium is much more popular than Cardano, so Cardano will never replace the king of tokens and ICO projects.
It is strange to see such statements from the crypto currency that has proven itself in the market unstable. I don't see any future prospects for Cardano. And in this confrontation I see one winner. Is ETH.
I do not think so. Ethereum is the most trusted altcoin at the moment and I do not see any reasons why this should change. Cardano is a great coin but it has a long way to be at least the third coin on the market.

In any case, Cardano is a good project with an excellent potential for successful development in the future. But the best option for investment for me now becomes Ethereum. He will remain a confident leader in the altcoins market in the future thanks to his updates.

But cardano should not forget that even though they have an improved platform. They still replicate their project to eth's idea. I think not just them but all of other projects. Eth is the one introduced smart contract and can never change a fact that they are the pioneered.
It's much more than smart contracts, read the docs about this project.
I'd recommend to learn more especially about the Ouroboros POS protocol, it's quite interesting.

I don't believe that such an event will happen. No chain can go beyond the current Ethereum. Although Ethereum faces failure, no competitor can surpass it, and other competition may be disappearing.
To overtake Ethereum, Cardano must multiplicate its price more than 10 times from its price at this time. Uhm it seems an impossible mission for Cardano, especially in bear market conditions like now. Even though there will be big FOMO of Cardano, it's still difficult.
I'm not sure about this if cardano can replace ethereum, even though the price drops dramatically but I'm sure for the future ethereum will still be able to survive, when the market conditions have stabilized ethereum will slowly return to its normal price and of course it takes a while
Where's Cardano going to attract enough investor interest from and what kind of marketing plans does it have that differentiate it from the competition? Is adoption growing rapidly enough to overtake Ethereum before the next major upgrade? From a technical perspective the project is promising but there are more factors to consider for success
No no no thing can replace ethereum in there place even if their price is in the dips eth is still useful to all icos's project, i know cardano is also a strong altcoins but i still believe ethereum is the leader or altcoins, wait for the cryptocurrency stable surely ethe will be back in their price value.

Ethereum is still the leading coin among all altcoins even XRP surpass its market volume. Cardano is to far from ETH in all aspect, market value and project engagement as we know that mostly all ICO are having an ETH platform. The unexpected drop of ETH isn't the way to make Cardano replacing ETH even in the future.

Personally, I think Cardano is a very successful project, which in the future can bring considerable profit to its investors. I also think that this coin can move a lot of Altos in front of him, but with the competition in front of ETH I think while Cardano is a bit short, but I think it's a matter of time, perhaps in the future, these two assets will be able to compete with each other.
I strongly doubt it, as long as development is concerned, nothing much is happening with Cardano. It's even among the most quiet community and just recently fell off the top 10 position.
I don't think cardano will replace ETH, but yes is possible maybe that cardano get more investors and take in top 3 or top 4 on coinmarketplace, but anyway ETH technology is different and is still a good coin.
I am curious why the guy decided to write here about Cardano that can replace Ethereum. I know, most of the people from Asia (and some other counties as well) bet NEO can do it. Nevertheless, it will never happen I think.
Everyone always praises their children. Cardano of course has potential, but not so big to catch up with ETH, and certainly not at this moment. ETH has a great dev team with an amazing Vitalik Buterin at the forefront. I do not know if cardano will ever come close to ETH.
ETH is not that big anymore after the price decrease, the position has been taken over by XRP and so does a portion of ETH community have a chance to move to XRP aswell, ETH could redo this tragedy by keep on bringing new ICO whcih mean additional market cap. Jump to:
