There are lots of cryptocurrencies now that can replace or have the potential of replacing ethereum. One of these coins is Cardano.However, ethereum is also backed by strong and powerful community with great resources.
There's no Cardano will replace ethereum. I do agree Cardano has a potential however, its no match to ethereum. Ethereum is supported by large group of people and popular unlike Cardano.
I think CEO Cardano said that was just a gimmick. ETH technology is far better for me than the technology that Cardano currently has
I don't think cardano will replace ethereum that will never happen, you know many people support ethereum, well cardano is a potential altcoin good for long term, but can not replace ethereum.
There are many coins that can replace ETH, Cardano is really one of the, which has an excellent team and blockchain that can make us or anybody to believe in Cardano.
I do not know much about technologies used in Cardano, but I Ethereum does not looks great today, so there is a chance that one of top 10 altcoins will replace it in the future years.
i know ADA is good coins for invest its had good potential to get profit, but i think its hard to win from ethereum, now ethereum is top altcoins, and volume transaction of ethereum is bigest in altcoins, when ADA wanna replace ethereum, maybe he is need long time to reach it
For sure they will not replace anything, I do not understand how project without any solution (no platform, no product) can be in top 10?

No doubt Cardano is a good coin, but it will never replace Ethereum, because ether is the most useful cryptocurrency in this market.
Ethereum has been long into crypto and has an established market share. It is not easy for any coin to replace ethereum. Cardano has created a lot of buzz but still its far away from a global adoption like ethereum has.
There are a lot of eth competitors. And according to their roadmap, they are ready to become better than eth, but now there is no better blockchain than eth. Maybe in time they will be better than eth, but the eth command is also working on improving the product.
yes it might be possible if cardano can have good development and has a very useful project so the cardano can potentially defeat ethereum.
I think this is impossible. There are too many coins I want to go beyond Ethereum, but I have to admit that Ethereum is still the king of the public base chain. No coin can go beyond its position in the basic chain, so don't be too optimistic about other competitors, investors still need to observe the price of bitcoin to make investment decisions.
Looking at the current eth downtrend, it's possible.

Cardano rather promising altcoin for the near future. Cardano is still on the list of the top 20 altcoin. I am sure that Cardano has a very bright future and is ideal for long-term investments and day trading. However, in order to surpass the ethereum, the development team does not do enough work. In any case, this work is not visible.
No doubt Cardano has good potential and promising coin in the altcoin market but it doesn't mean it can replace Ethereum. Ehtereum is much stronger than Cardano and has a huge popularity among the users. Cardano needs to be stronger than etthereum but it will take time.

Not only Cardano who was obsessed to defeating ETH, because previously there were many alt-coins (Neo, Eos, Litecoin, Monero, etc.) that were rumored to be similar, but in fact until now, their popularity was still below ETH. You must know, Cardano users have not been how much if compared to ETH users, and besides ETH's performance and achievements have not been defeated by coins which have been ETH competitors, even now more widely used by ICO projects than alt-coins others. I think, this fact is absolute and we cannot deny it.
I don't think cardano will replace ETH, but yes is possible maybe that cardano get more investors and take in top 3 or top 4 on coinmarketplace, but anyway ETH technology is different and is still a good coin.
Instead, I do not really know what you mean, but ETH is a popular coin and hardly any coin can replace it. Cardano strong but still can not replace ETH that is my opinion
