One of the most misconceptions or newbie gamblers would definitely be able to go pass on or something that we will really be experiencing on which we do really thought that the casino
is really that giving some free money on which to add up into your balance on which it would really be giving out that kind of boost up with your emotion that you do have that bigger
bankroll on which you could be able to play even longer but as time goes by on which on the moment that you would really be gonna tending to make some withdrawal then it would
make you scratch your head on what the hell is wrong with your withdrawal on why its locked or not available. You would really be able to realize that you are already that
needing to reach up some wagering threshold for you to be able to make yourself that having that withdrawal on which most likely gamblers do really end up on blowing up their
account balance first before they could be able to do it. hahaha

I try to avoid any bonuses while gambling, it just add extra pressure in my opinion with the wagering requirement and other mathematical terms to claim a little, I will just take a pass and do it as I wish. I am not expecting everyone to be same as mentioned but if you want to enjoy the extra perks then make sure the strings attached to it, cause no one really gives away free money.

Perhaps that could be another way most platforms has discovered to get people into making a deposit on their betting site even when a gambler may not have a plans of depositing any money, actually is funny to see how they would only explain the part that will get the attention of the gambler on the email so that the gambler will not bother himself reading through their ToS but at the end if there is any complaint about the bonus they would ask the gambler to read their ToS, however I also made a similar mistake one certain time when I got the mail to make a deposit and received %15 bonus of my deposit amount and I was moved into it and make a deposit but nothing was given to me and when I complained their support told me the offer has expired when it was not up to two days I got the mail, so actually is very important to verify things before being moved by any offers.

On the email, the casino meant that it is deposit bonus or cash back bonus? I do not like when a gambling site will not boldly indicate that it is cashback. But if you are given a bonus, you also need to read the terms and conditions. I have noticed that the terms and conditions are not long at all and you can read and understand it within less than 2 minutes. The reason I do take my time to read the terms and conditions is because gambling sites give you bonus in a way you will have high probability of losing it.

Exactly, if it's too good to be true, then probably is. I also had the same experience with the OP years ago about a certain casino and I did fall for it. But now I'm also very careful on those cashbacks and other promotions. A wagering requirements is understandable, but it seems that there is big misunderstand from the OP and he has to learn it the hard way. And I guess for new gamblers here, yeah, read the ToS first and if you have doubts, then ask support before depositing and activating the deposit bonus. Of course this is promotion from casinos, but it's better to clear everything first so that you have your expectation fulfilled.

I have been plenty to received the promotion just like 30% deposit bonus or even 50% deposit bonus and why i received the email like this because i know this is only the promotion from the particular casinos to attract new players to playing at their casinos but those offers didn't tempting me because i know usually those promotion has wagering requirements which the requirements usually very high approximatelly 25x-35x even sometimes there was a particular casino required 40x requirements so what i want to says is nothing is free and if people want to gets the bonus then read carefully the ToS from the casinos and also make sure you playing the games which has 100% wagering for the bonus just like slot because playing this game can increase your wagering progress rapidly

You must always verify each promotion/bonus you are going to accept. It must also be clear that not all promotions are profitable. This could depends on your gambling habits, games that you like to play and so on.
In this specific case I will not blame the casino. Its only your decision join a promo or not..

This schenerio often happens to us and it is usually as a result of diving into singing up on a betting sites without making a Proper research. We are attracted to it due to the bonus used In the advertisement of such betting site. Believe me that most of the betting site usually come up with an amazing bonus offer on advert, which may not be entirely true only to leure people in and you see a difference thing. That's why It is good whenever we see such an offer we read the Tos to know the exact procedure before signing up or even depositing fund. Or we can check there review on Google playstore from different existing users or on trustpilot sothat if the Tos are not comfortable with us then you totally avoid it.

If we examine more clearly each email message received regarding the provision of bonuses by the gambling site we use, there is actually column that usually says terms and conditions, usually I always read it first and understand everything in the terms and conditions of the bonus.
But I don't know if you missed it and only read the message containing the deposit bonus, what is clear is that if we are interested in casino bonuses without understanding all the applicable terms and conditions, there will definitely be other things that might make us disappointed.

I have seen a rule like this in one of the casinos, that the wager requirement will start to count when we use the bonus balance but the bonus will start to be used when our deposit money is empty, so we really have to be careful and sometimes the wager requirement will be calculated differently between sports betting and casino games and also low HE games, so players really have to be very careful and read all the bonus rules because bonuses are not free money that we can just enjoy, and asking their live support if there is anything in doubt is the best way.

TBH, the wagering is not really the worst.

Cause it's only 10x while mostly deposit bonus is always minimum 35x waggering. IMO, these bad scheme is on (Name & Lack of information) & from my perspective taking a bonus in some casino are really2 not quite good for rightnow.

I already wrote in the BetFury ANN thread about their new bonus conditions, and even though I said I would never play again with the bonus I did it again. After wagering a lot I got a bonus from their stuff, 75 $1 spins on one of the slots I play often... so I deposited $160 and from those 75 spins, I won around $130. I played like crazy, and in one moment I was over $700... then a huge drop to under $200. Long story short I completed the wagering requirements with over $280 balance. After pressing complete the bonus they deducted my balance to $199.



Support explained to me that while wagering I lost all my money first, so I ended up playing with only the bonus money... So my max win was $130 (money I won from free spins) x1.5, and how I get even a few extra dollars. This is indescribable nonsense... I don't know what is worse, the split balance where we spend our money first and then the bonus money, or the fact that the winnings are limited. Those are slots, we risk a lot to wager x40, and if we hit something nice during playing that doesn't count.

"Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me"! Well, I am the stupid one here, I know that... I learned my lesson the hard way, once again.

Bottom line, if you see that one of the bonus requirements is "Max Claim" (the maximum amount to claim from the primal bonus) just close it... don't even try to play it, because if you win you will be more disappointed than if you lost.

Ha false advertising….

This is actually really bad on the platform if they are proven to be advertising false claims about their services but some platforms can get away with it by essentially confusing their customers.  They will be ominous and mysterious about a specific promo or maybe use complicated sentences that you won’t even realize what you are agreeing on. This way when you complain, they can show and say “look! i never said that” it’s all really dirty
Just make sure to read carefully every word if possible and stay curious.

Keep asking questions until everything is clear and understood because otherwise you’ll end up falling for these platforms and  their lack of information

I'd say it just has to do with the nuance of the words used? Not sure how but they probably had some crumbs as details on their invitation towards their bonus that was sent to you. It's the usual marketing scheme really, and it's not only casinos that do this? Anything with bonuses like businesses like Amazon has some sort of drawback to it that would make you spend more first before anything else.

Every bonuses from promotion will have requirements so we must make sure that we are understand every rule. We can take the promotion after we read the terms and conditions from the promotions. Every promotion will have different rules so we must know about that and we can avoids misunderstanding.

Even if the promotion doesn't mention anything, we can ask to customer support if we are not sure so we don't make a mistake. It is better we don't chase the bonus from some promotions if we don't want to read the terms and conditions.

So it can be concluded that this is an indirect fraud, if it does not match what they write and practice, maybe this can be used as a reference if someone says that cashback deposits must be a little careful and avoid casinos like this.

exactly, always read the fine print especially when it comes to promotions/bonuses since they can have some rules that would take you by surprise since it is not stated on the promotion/bonus ad. I've seens instances of gamblers complaining here in the forum about bonuses/promotion because they thought they have completed the requirement but in reality they haven't because they didn't follow the ToS specific to that Bonus/promotion.

The OP is not blaming the casino for his challenge as he stated that it was his fault for not reading the ToS before maximizing the bonus offer. It is common to see the phrase "Terms and conditions apply" to almost every offer given by some betting companies as well as other organisations.
