I think you know that there are a lot of casinos right now, so competition is tough in this niche. And that's why there are signature campaigns going on to get them to be exposed to most of the gamblers.
but that is still a temporary popularization because it is still the site action towards their players that will matter in the end.

we have seen some campaigns that runs for many years but ending a negative to the community , so i believe that this one will earn more if they will hear what players main concern and that is to be honest and provide better fairness to all .

The participants entry is not competitive that makes it much easier to secure spot compared to other casino that requires huge wager.

Those casinos also have competitive promotions launched for their gamblers that's why its hard for them to easily get those things what they want if other casino also do a lot of thing to market their casino.

That's why they need to be more consistent doing those marketing just like to make their signature campaign last long since frequent getting lots of exposure here for sure could attract more gamblers in future also they need to drop more appealing contest or giveaways so that people would notice that there's also lots of fun things happening on Casinopunkz. For now we see them doing good and hopefully they will stay for long time here then continue to compete with big brands here in forum.

having a minimum bet for a wagering race is crazy to me, and the fact that you need to opt in for them to count is just stupid.
bets should automatically count from every player on the website. i feel like they are making this more complicated than it needs to be for something as simple as a wagering race.

I guess they got an inspiration from Fortunejack where there is weekly tournament in which players need to opt in and it has minimum bet as well although the type of tournament in FJ is different every week. Starting from highest multiplier, multiplier collector and wager race.  I have to agree with you that wagering race should be made simple where all players are automatically in without opt in except there is special condition/rule for the reward. As it is their 1st wagering race, maybe they can take it as a lesson for their upcoming race so they can improve it for a better tournament.

Perhaps because casinopunk is stil new so not many players are aware about them, they also need to be more active here to announce their tournament or any other promotions.
One other reason is because the competition among online casinos is so tough and most players prefer to stay at their own favorite casinos so new casinos need to hard work to attract potential players.
I checked the tournaments, yes you are right that the chance to win is easier here than at other casinos because the number of players is still low so you can take this opportunity to make profit from the tournament.

Just wanna share about my last 2 withdrawals which were processed within few minutes only, both withdrawals were on earling morning in my timezone 3am-4am (UTC+7). I'm thinking that this time period is the time when the staff who is in charge to process withdrawal is active on the site so I got my withdrawal quicker than when I requested on different time. Just a guess obviously, but if it is true so it can be used as a reference when is the best time to request withdrawal so we do not wait longer.

I’m not sure about the time zone but I also experience quick withdrawal processing in the last few days with a total of withdrawal approved after few minutes. However today I have 1 pending withdrawal that stuck again for about 4 hours.

On the bright side, they already have live support to answer all the questions instantly. I think they should just use different feature since it always requires me to input my email whenever I start the chat while the minimize function is also a close function too that erases the chat history and start over.

Over all, Casinopunkz seems like increased the number of active players. Hoping for more development.

You need to contact support in order to increase the limit, but since you told us that there is a bit lack of communication with the support so there is only one thing you can do (waiting).

Waiting can be annoying, but if they’re trying to get better, things might improve soon. A good support team is key for any casino that wants to keep its players happy and stay with your casino.

A casino is absolutely nothing without a strong support chat system because if there is anything that annoys a gamble more than losing then its having his or her funds pending and not being answer when he chats up for the error to be fixed, it might be so bad that the gambler lost his patience and even start up a case of fraud against the casino and we all know where that drives for the casino.

I could have finished this tournament with a nice profit, but... in the end, they solved my issue, but it was too late. I lost everything while I was waiting, sometimes that happens. I guess I was lucky this time, but I lacked patience.

You’re 100% correct although the tournament just ended yesterday based on the game and rounds board thread for the slot multiplier of this casino.

Today is weekends which means most of the casino personnel especially on this new casino that has small team is on vacation already. Other participants of the tournament are all patiently waiting.

I think there’s still no need for accusation. And I think the user is not really accusing rather just informing us that the rewards is still not distributed.

after over 24hrs and after i've spent half the withdrawal amount they processed the remaining. For whoever is reading I do not recommend this casino at all. No support whatsoever (literally, the livechat always says there's no agents available, and even if you send an email they will never answer), fake advertising everywhere ('instant casino', instant what?) and if you have a braincell you can see for yourself that most answers on this thread are from bot-like (probably sold account) users saying random stuff. A couple posts above there's even a guy saying this is the best casino on the forum for a casino that has heavy lag on all slots, no support at all, fake advertising and god knows how much else.

I was expecting to win too, but all of a sudden, within the last 5 minutes before the deadline, two people submitted entries with higher multipliers than mine. Anyway, congrats to them as well. Wait buddy, I checked the participating game for this week onsite multiplier contest but I cant find Le Pharaoh as one of the participating games. There are only 3 Hacksaw Gaming on the list, they are Wanted Dead or a Wild; RIP City and Le Bandit. Le Pharaoh is available on the other tournament (The Wager Race & Raffle), it seems that you open the game from this tournament page and you thought that you were in the tournament page for the multiplier contest. So it is not that the leaderboard not updated real time but it is because the game you play is not on the eligible games list for the tournament.



Anyway congrats on your nice win, betting 1EUR per bet on hacksaw games is so risky, without luck you may lose all your balance quickly.
