I have got a responsible gaming issue on casinopunkz.io. I requested a exclusion forever because of the reason gambling addiction. I had already a support conversation where a refund was stated. I should login account for withdraw. My account was unlocked for that action. But there was no balance. As I contacted the support again it was said that no refund will be done.
Jonas, we can certainly look into this for you, but it is state in our Terms and Conditions that once you close your account, any balance on the account when it is closed will be forfeited.
So all users who wish to close their account should request a withdrawal prior to the closure request.

The 2nd option seems to be what he is talking about because I see that the 1st option is unlikely to happen because if he would have withdrawn all his remaining balance before he requested for the exclusion. Its been 2 days since he posted about his case but he never came back to say something here, his story itself is not clear enough for us to speculate further. Lets see if he will come back here to clarify or to confirm about his case or not.
We will also need to wait for information from them to be able to investigate, but it could be indeed the second option…or simply a misunderstanding.
But we will not make any conclusions until we have looked into it properly of course.
