The processing time for cryptocurrency withdrawals is determined by blockchain transaction times, which can vary depending on network congestion. While we strive to process transactions as quickly as possible, the time required is ultimately influenced by the blockchain’s current load.
In that case the term may need to be worded better to indicate that it's about network time. What's written thre can be interpreted to man the casino may be short on funds to make payments on winnings, so the user will have to wait for an undetermined period of time.

This could pass the wrong message to users.
It already passing the wrong message in this cases because I don't see the reason why the casinos should make such a vital column so widely spoken about, which is payment, were the team mentioned that their will handle things as regards to withdrawal in slow and manual ways, only casinos who lack the adequate funding to payout winning make use of such techniques to delay payment and sort for the payment from other means.

This indicates that their company lack liquidity to make payments for winning from their hot wallet and also it speculates that the casinos could possibly become bankrupt anymement so if this team are serious with business, I think working on the payment processing feature and making instant withdrawal is very necessary and important for now, to increase visibility and development.

This could be a solid option, especially for those Stake gamblers who are now searching for a new platform with the year-end deadline for compliance looming. It seems like this is becoming the norm, eventually, all casinos, no matter how they advertise being "no KYC," will likely require it. They simply won’t have a choice if their licensing providers mandate it, and following those orders is crucial since a license is the lifeblood of the business.

The day might come when the only real no-KYC options left are decentralized or unlicensed casinos. But those come with their own risks, especially for high rollers regularly dealing with big amounts of money. It's a trade-off between privacy and security.

The crypto business is growing, and so adoption going mainstream requires compliance with government rules and regulations just like any other legal business. They can't escape from this legal requirement. Hence, we should expect that every legal crypto entity will require certain type of KYC protocol.

But for those platforms which are not implementing kyc because as you said, either decentralized or not licensed, there will be risks that people will need to think about. However, such risks are also present with licensed platforms. It is just that, the person has better chances of his legal battles if the platform is licensed because he can pursue the fight and remove the license of that site. However, we all know that route is quite tedious and can be expensive.

I guess they know about that but choose to implement this while their business is to young.

But for sure there would be a sudden changes when everything aligned with their plans and their casino became more bigger. So people playing on casino like this where KYC has not been asked to their costumer should get ready for possible implementation in future.

We see so many like this but people end up getting asked or required to submit KYC due to regulation and other contributed factor to help verify their account.

Cryptocurrency industry is new and policies, regulations on it can be changed quickly. It makes cryptocurrency market is very sensitive with news because many policies can be announced after one night and when people read news on media, they can have reasons to believe the news is real, not fud.

About KYC, it has been becoming more popular with time, as none business wants to have problems legally with government so they will quickly obey new policies. Months ago, even a CEO of Telegram, with his hardcored view on privacy, eventually had to become more softer on it, and complied more with governments after he was arrested in France.

Same with cryptocurrency casinos, they will have no choices if they want to be safe, especially for platforms that have offices in the USA. or owners are US. citizens.

So let see how long they can make this No KYC thing last long and its better for people to be aware that certain requirements like this will be asked in future. They should rely to much on No KYC thing said since for sure later on if this casino will became a big one they will be hit by regulate and for sure that they won't get any choice but to implement this on their casino so that they can comply on what has been asked them to do by regulators.

For now if people don't want KYC then enjoy what this casino could offer to them.

It will become mandatory KYC on cryptocurrency exchanges, and cryptocurrency casinos. Governments will do things they want, with power and laws exist to serve their governance. For example in UK, you can be imprisoned for many ironic reasons like posting a memes, critics on social media. In future, KYC will become more popularly in exchanges and casino as their mandatory policy against their users, but to satisfy demands from governments.

KYC is already mandatory in most of the casinos and exchanges. Those gambling sites or exchanges that are not yet KYC-enforced, either operate from a region where they can survive without following the local and global guidelines on KYC or they are very new. You cannot operate a casino without KYC for a long duration where the regulations are strict otherwise your business may end forcefully by the law enforcement agencies. It's very rare to see some casino operations without KYC and unfortunately, those are the ones where are lot of irregularity exists too  Sad

The point is that governments force casinos to have a license and comply with KYC, and they do this for physical casinos. So it would be very strange if all physical casinos were required to have a license and comply with KYC but online casinos were not required to comply with KYC and were not required to have a license. The Internet is not an isolated world in which government laws do not work.
From physical to online environment, it's big change. License is mandatory with traditional physical casino, and KYC is applied too but they will perhaps allow you to play without AML at start. With online casinos, it's different because it's a new market, and cryptocurrency online casino is another newest market too, so it takes time for governments to update their laws and law enforcement in future.

That is why in my opinion this casino, as well as all casinos in the future, will require mandatory KYC. The sooner we all get used to KYC, the better, because that way we avoid being fooled by casinos that promise not to ask for KYC but in months or years will start asking for KYC.

At Casinopunkz.io, we maintain a strict no-KYC policy, ensuring that no documents are requested for withdrawals, as long as the gambling behavior is non-fraudulent. This applies to both small and large wins. Our goal is to provide a seamless and transparent experience for all our users.

Well, if that is the case that you will get many gamblers playing at your site who do not want to provide KYC and yet gamble online. However, I wonder for how long you will be able to keep the casino as non-KYC as it is seen that as the gamblers increase the site implements the KYC due to license requirements or any other restrictions/enforcements.

I will join members of this great platform in welcoming your presence here, It is nice having you. As a new casino, I believe you will have to stand out from the crowd on rendering unique services different from others and here you really had a good one for that by being a KYC free casino.

However, I am also curious to ask you this question pertaining to your KYC free because we've had this experience in the past were a casino would claim to not be interested in KYC but after a while, they would start demanding for KYC from their customers which indirectly means that they tricked people at the beginning of their launch to get the crowd because they already know that people would be interested and after they had deposited, they  did otherwise leaving customers in a shock.
If you tell us you are KYC free now, do you plan doing KYC in the future? What if the government of your local jurisdiction request for such do you plan to impose it on customers to do a mandatory KYC.

We are committed to staying KYC-free and have no plans to introduce KYC in the future. Currently, there are no indications that KYC will be required under our license. Our goal is to maintain transparency and trust with our users, and we will always prioritize providing a seamless experience.

The UI looks really slick! I’ve been browsing the site but haven’t created an account yet.... I’m just curious if you’re planning to add a sports betting option to the casino, that would be a great addition.

Also, I noticed you’ve got a signature campaign coming up, which is a smart move. Just having an announcement thread might not be enough to reach a wider audience in the forum. Best of luck with everything, and welcome to the forum!

Yes, we are considering adding a sports betting option in the future. We’re always looking to enhance the experience for our users and will keep the community updated on any new features. Thanks for the warm welcome, and we appreciate the feedback!

Welcome to the forum @casinopunkz, I'm amazed with your Retro UI because it looks nice. At least not many retro themed casinos out there so it can be a good branding for your business that makes you different from the others. No doubt that UI/UX alone is not enough to attract new customers so you also need to have much more interesting offers for your customers. Currently there is only 1 available promotion and 1 tournament on your casino.

The promotion is 100% deposit bonus, unfortunately it comes with 40x wagering requirement (deposit + bonus) so basically it is 80x of the deposit. Isn't it too high wagering requirement? Usually wagering requirement is applied to the bonus or the deposit amount only, I think need to review your deposit bonus terms and consider to make a change. While the tournament is a multiplier contest with 1000EUR prizepool but the minimum bet to be eligible is too big imho (1EUR) but looking at the finished tournament, I'm surprised to see that all the winners are with less than 60x multiplier. Even less than 10x won the 3rd to 5th prize, it seems that currently you dont have enough players but it is reasonable since you are still new casino.

Coming up to the "no KYC" discussion above, I agree with most members here. It is better for you to remove the marketing gimmick because in the reality you have the right to ask KYC at anytime. I know that you use it to attract customers but I believe potential customers will be preferred to read real fact (not just gimmick).

Due to the anonymous nature of our casino, we are unable to offer more favorable terms on our welcome bonus at this time. We aim to maintain transparency and fairness while adhering to our privacy-focused approach. While we understand that the terms may seem high, they reflect our current policies. We appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve the overall experience for our players.

Welcome to the forum!

I have a question regarding the geographical restriction specifically "the United States sanction or watch lists, Russian Federation sanction or watch lists, European Union sanction or watch lists, Other global sanctions or watch lists.". I just want to be sure that apart from the countries that are on your restricted list, all the countries sanctioned or on the watchlist countries/organizations I mentioned are also restricted on your gambling site. anyway, that seems like a lot of restricted countries. are you guys planning on creating a mirror website to cater to the countries on your restricted list to broaden your target audience?

We do not have plans to create mirror sites for restricted countries. Our gambling site adheres to legal and regulatory requirements, and the list of restricted countries is in place to ensure compliance with various international sanctions and watchlists.

The website design looks nice and I like that Lightning network is supported, I want to see more casinos support that for users looking for that option.

I need clarification on a part of the terms that says the casino reserves the right to delay withdrawal in a case of cryptocurrency shortage
Is there a maximum time it can take for the transaction to be processed?

Casinopunkz.io I am joining other members to say welcome to the bitcointalk community and we hope you guys have plans to stay for a long time to gain ground in the market in this community just like every other already existing casinos.

Also, about No KYC, does this also applies to huge wins? Because there have been times some casinos would make it obvious that they're KYC free but when a customer wins some huge amount it happens that they request for certain documents before withdrawal could be granted. So what do Casinopunkz.io think about this?

At Casinopunkz.io, we maintain a strict no-KYC policy, ensuring that no documents are requested for withdrawals, as long as the gambling behavior is non-fraudulent. This applies to both small and large wins. Our goal is to provide a seamless and transparent experience for all our users.

In my opinion, two things should not be confused: working with fiat currency and working with cryptocurrency. KYC is only required to work with fiat currency. Casinopunkz only works with cryptocurrency. And with 10 different coins, which is very convenient. In this case, I consider the player's privacy to be a great advantage of this platform. Moreover, there are not so many confidential casinos now, in fact, Freebitco is mostly widely known, and in fact that's all.

So the bottom line is it's better not to use the word "Non KYC" anyway it doesn't matter if it's listed or not, considering that crypto casinos will now follow the regulations of where they operate. Rather than claiming a Non KYC casino but at certain moments users have to verify, you could say this is 50 NON KYC :50 KYC. But overall the look of your Casino is amazingly good, simple, classic and pleasing to the eye.

Hey, will you offer sportsbetting too soon ?
They might think to happen when many players are enthusiastic about playing here. We frequently see gambling sites here open sports betting menus when requests from players are too often. if it's just you, they might consider it first, and wait for another response. Maybe for now, you should try the existing games first, There are many interesting games that you must try, so it will make you get used to CasinoPunkz if they open sports betting later.

The No KYC feature is great, but it can be misused by people to mix their coins.

Wager requirement will make it difficult for players who want to abuse the casino to mix coin, because there is a chance they lose a few percent of their money or even if they are unlucky lose everything when they want to meet the wager requirement to be able to withdraw their money, and even though they say non-KYC, usually when there are irregularities, KYC becomes mandatory for the player.

BTW welcome to the forum I see you are also quickly promoting on this forum through signature campaigns, good luck.

You’ve raised a good point about the No KYC feature. While it’s designed for privacy, we’re taking steps to minimize any potential misuse.
Many people love privacy that is basic human rights and nowadays, there are less and less no-KYC platforms from centralized exchanges to gambling sites to use.

Why KYC is extremely dangerous – and useless

With more and more regulations on Bitcoin, cryptocurrency and online gambling industries, do you imagine that someday your platform will have to obey to KYC/AML and enforce KYC on your platform?

The point is that governments force casinos to have a license and comply with KYC, and they do this for physical casinos. @OP can you point out to me what other reputable casino use this same license?

I'm not op but metawin.com has an Anjouan license as well.

TBH, I wasn't aware of Anjouan gaming license until Skel -- metawin CEO -- brought it up but I believe we'll likely be seeing more casinos with Anjouan license. From what he has told us, they are more welcoming to web3 tech hence why he made the move from Curacao GCB license.

There's also evo.io. Well, they're pretty new so some might say, they're not at reputable level yet but I believe it's very promising and team has a good direction as well.

Thanks for sharing. I’m not aware that this license seems being use already by new Casino like Metawin. Never tried to play on Metawin but they have solid community so I will consider this license somehow reliable.

The tricky part on Metawin is they are operating in Curacao while they have license on Anjoua. They might have backup that support their license that’s why they venture on this new license provider rather not well known license.
