As a form of an appreciation, I wish you a congratulations on joining the Bitcoutalk Forum, Casinopunkz.io
If you are serious, I think if this casino is handed over to managers such as @Hhampuz it will be very appropriate for the management as long as Casinopunkz.io does not do things that make users or players suffer losses due to the intentional system even though I realize Casinopunkz.io is not present for what I say.
Any projects that launches with the copper member rank you should know already they have internal agency who is guiding them through the forum, and again I also see that Little mouse has already launched campaign for this project. This is to show that they already came prepared and I wish them good luck and long lasting. Because most of them doesn't last long what they do is to come gain or sake attention from various users after which they end their campaign with just few weeks long.

I wish them all the best.

Another anonymous no KYC casino? This has clearly become a trend these days and it isn't a good one since we all know that only decentralised casinos offer anonymity to a certain extent and don't require KYC at all.
Have more and more no KYC casino is good for the community. After all we all value our privacy.

The site itself looks really, really cool with cyberpunk vibes, but I don't buy the whole anonymous no KYC stuff. Also, the promotions are severely lacking.

@OP, Casinopunkz.io have a gaming license from Costa Rica, and a license validator link from Anjouan. Identity verification rules are clearly mentioned in Casinopunkz terms, which is not limited to multiple account abuse and coin mixing.

We reserve the right to withhold any payment to/from your account, until we are satisfied that the identity, age and place of residence of the player has been suitably verified. We reserve the right to verify your identity upon your gambling reaching a certain threshold, but we maintain discretion to verify your identity at any time. We reserve the right to lock your account or prevent withdrawals, if deemed appropriate, until such time as your identity has been verified.

Who has motivated you to advertise as an 'anonymous' and 'No-KYC' casino here in the forum despite having such identity verification terms? Either remove those words from your ANN thread title, or remove the identity verification clauses from your terms.

Thank you for raising this point. Our goal is to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all players. While we proudly offer an anonymous, no-KYC experience, there are exceptional cases where identity verification may be necessary to protect the integrity of our platform and prevent fraudulent activities. This approach helps us safeguard our community while maintaining our commitment to privacy and ease of access.

They market themselves as an Anonymous Crypto Casino or no-KYC platform, which naturally leads to the assumption that they might be operating without a license. After all, a regulated casino can’t really stay anonymous. However, upon doing some research, it seems they actually hold a license from a certain provider.

These "No-KYC" stuff, is always make complicated.

If in term & condition, you still request some identity can at least no need to use these things. I mean, people can be tricked thinking is without identity request & people who are always believe in "NO-KYC" stuff.
It could be the title of the No-KYC thread to attract the attention of users, or it could be misleading because when they win at the threshold of course the casino can request documents at any time, especially since this casino has a license at least there are regulations that must be met in case of problems.

But I assume if the casino says No-KYC then it's for small users, if there is a problem still in the end KYC will complete the verification.

If you tell us you are KYC free now, do you plan doing KYC in the future? What if the government of your local jurisdiction request for such do you plan to impose it on customers to do a mandatory KYC.
I think this is a norm for almost all exchanges since they if your account find suspicious they will trigger a KYC. But as much as possible we dont want to give our info to a very new gambling sites. So better dont aim on risking huge figures.

Just like other new casino they have this No KYC feature yet since maybe they are not been bothered by regulators or they don't have huge number of gamblers that come into their casino.

But for sure once they became big and there operation will be noticed by govern institutions or there's something need to verify especially if there's big win happen this KYC will be asked to their gamblers. That's why people need to prepare when this was been asked to do by their representative. Exactly hard to trust new casino when in terms of dealing our identity but if they could able to show up that they are good casino which people could trust then I guess KYC providing provably not a problem here if they are just transparent about this requirement.

Most casinos starts this way and when they start getting the traffic coming in, they begin to act funny and maybe in most cases, the government of their region demands that they release identity of their registered members and they would have no option than doing it so they do not loose out of the market as they have already started making big profit in the industry. In other to still remain and run their business, they play along with the government to get their members do kyc which was not their initial policy. I believe they know that the government would definitely come requesting for it so they do not bother but want to get the traffic at first before any of such thing comes up.  So it does not look like the just decided on their own to do it.

At this initial stage, what they are just after is to get the traffic coming first because they know most gamblers do not like revealing their details, so they would allow everyone to register at first and continue using their platform then as time goes on, they request for kyc and maybe those with huge amount of money would have no choice than to do the kyc because they would not be allowed to withdraw their funds.

Always read term & condition, cause is basically the contract. Always CTRL + F & Type KYC is always show up.

Playbet.io - Crypto Casino and Sportsbook
The UI looks really slick! I’ve been browsing the site but haven’t created an account yet.... I’m just curious if you’re planning to add a sports betting option to the casino, that would be a great addition.

Also, I noticed you’ve got a signature campaign coming up, which is a smart move. Just having an announcement thread might not be enough to reach a wider audience in the forum. Best of luck with everything, and welcome to the forum!

I will join members of this great platform in welcoming your presence here, It is nice having you. As a new casino, I believe you will have to stand out from the crowd on rendering unique services different from others and here you really had a good one for that by being a KYC free casino.

However, I am also curious to ask you this question pertaining to your KYC free because we've had this experience in the past were a casino would claim to not be interested in KYC but after a while, they would start demanding for KYC from their customers which indirectly means that they tricked people at the beginning of their launch to get the crowd because they already know that people would be interested and after they had deposited, they  did otherwise leaving customers in a shock.
If you tell us you are KYC free now, do you plan doing KYC in the future? What if the government of your local jurisdiction request for such do you plan to impose it on customers to do a mandatory KYC.

Just like any other casino that claims to be no KYC, that's not always the case. As your terms highlight, if the player reaches a non-specified withdrawal threshold, they may be asked to verify their identity. You can also block withdrawals and ask for KYC for any other reasons if you think someone is suspicious.

What's interesting, though, is that you recommend your customers to use VPN and also suggest the most optimal VPN server locations.

Good Luck!

Bitcoin Casino Est. 2013
Welcome to the forum, I just went to your site and created an account (it was easy) and the interface isn’t that bad either, in coming days I might try to make some deposits and try out some games there - I’m still waiting to see if anyone will come with some complaint or observation first before I proceed.

Also, about No KYC, does this also applies to huge wins? Because there have been times some casinos would make it obvious that they're KYC free but when a customer wins some huge amount it happens that they request for certain documents before withdrawal could be granted. So what do Casinopunkz.io think about this?

I’m also interested in the answer that they have to offer for this particular question. And not just for big wins, they should also state whether or not they’ll ask an account to undergo kyc verification if the account is suspected of engaging in fraudulent acts because it’s very easy for a casino to just flag an account despite them not doing anything and then request that they submit their documents out of the blue.

Casinopunkz.io I am joining other members to say welcome to the bitcointalk community and we hope you guys have plans to stay for a long time to gain ground in the market in this community just like every other already existing casinos.

Also, about No KYC, does this also applies to huge wins? Because there have been times some casinos would make it obvious that they're KYC free but when a customer wins some huge amount it happens that they request for certain documents before withdrawal could be granted?.

Very good question you asked because some of these casinos will indicate NO KYC but upon winning large amounts that's when they will begin to ask for some KYC document. Any casino that is offering NO KYC should be able to make it open if it will be a completely NO KYC or if there are some conditions that are attached to it. Offering NON KYC should be done without reverting to using KYC verification in the future.

Anyways, i join other forum members to welcome Casinopunkz.io to the bitcointalk forum, hoping to have a wonderful and friendly experience with them within the duration they want to spend with us here and we also look for a formal promotion off their casino through signature campaign.

Welcome casinopunkz and nice to have you around, I just visited the website and it load pretty fast from my end which is a good plus for you casino accessibility by potential clients who will be visiting this thread hence forth, this is good that there is no restriction at least not so much since it a no kyc casino and that eliminates the regulations that bans some countries.

With all the positive feedbacks in this thread, I am sure casinopunz have started on a good note and any other development from now on is left for how the team handles thing's as regards to this new and incredible casino, but all the same keep up the good work and remain active here in the forum.
