Congrats, man. If I'm not mistaken, you also won their multiplier contest here on Bitcointalk. I was expecting to win too, but all of a sudden, within the last 5 minutes before the deadline, two people submitted entries with higher multipliers than mine. Anyway, congrats to them as well. Hopefully, there won’t be any issues like delays with their withdrawals. It would be nice if the winners could provide feedback about their withdrawal experience.

Multiplier contest sponsored by this casino posted in games and rounds board has only one day left according to forum time. Currently, there are only five participants, meaning all five prizes will be claimed. As for me, I'm hoping no one else joins because I'm currently in 5th place with the lowest multiplier of just X220. lol since the prize is no wagering requirements I'm planning to withdraw it immediately and I’m hoping that once the prize is credited to our accounts, we won’t encounter any withdrawal issues.

Just based on my experience on the onsite multiplier tournament, I can withdraw my winning from the tournament after they credit it to my account. The contest in this forum seems to be the same, so I dont think we will get an issue if we withdraw it immediately. What you need to do is just to wait until they process your withdrawal request because they do it manually which may take several hours as per my own experience.

A bit weird if you got the deposit bonus while it seems that you did not claim it or you did not activate it. I made my first deposit last month and I did not get the bonus as I did not claim it. Is there any button to cancel your bonus or players need to ask support in order to claim this unwanted bonus? Related to the support, I have never tried it since I have no significant issue so far except about the leadeboard of their tournament last week but they fixed it in less than 24 hours if I remember it correctly.

I guess it's OK to share this... I don't know if there is a button to cancel the bonus, in most casinos it goes automatically when you get to 0. I re-deposited and luckily got some nice winnings, only when I tried to withdraw I got a message that I have an active bonus.

I am still playing (what else to do) and I am down for 2-3 LTC. I sent them an email (4-5 hours ago) but so far no response. If they don't fix their support I doubt they will go far...

Something happened to me that has never happened to me before... my first deposit was with a welcome bonus, and I lost it. I deposited again yesterday and it went well, but when I tried to withdraw I got the message "There is an active bonus currently, you can not withdraw.".



I guess they automatically added my second deposit to the bonus money, which makes no sense. Anyway, now I have to wager 70 LTC before I can request a withdrawal.

There is lag on some slots, heavy lag in some cases. On the first day I couldn't open No Limit, yesterday it worked fine, and today some slots work some don't... it starts loading and stays there.

A young casino with its own issues, maybe they will manage to deal with it. If they want to progress they will have to make some big changes as soon as possible...

No support whatsoever (literally, the livechat always says there's no agents available, and even if you send an email they will never answer), fake advertising everywhere ('instant casino', instant what?) and if you have a braincell you can see for yourself that most answers on this thread are from bot-like (probably sold account) users saying random stuff. A couple posts above there's even a guy saying this is the best casino on the forum for a casino that has heavy lag on all slots, no support at all, fake advertising and god knows how much else.

You need to contact support in order to increase the limit, but since you told us that there is a bit lack of communication with the support so there is only one thing you can do (waiting).
It can be very discouraging for many gamblers to have to wait for response from support when they have issues, but that's an inevitable action to take if you really want serious issues resolved. On Issues, some casino's are very quick with how they respond and handle complaints because the management invested properly into a goodservice team to sort complains quickly. Some casinos are still limited in that aspect, and they workload is too much for the available service team that can handle those sort of complains, so response time is longer.

Casinopunkz is maybe troubled with this challenge, and something they are working on, things will improve with time.
It’s common for new casinos or those with a sudden increase in customers to have delays in their support replies. I experience this many times. But yes I agree that quick responses are very important for customer service in online casinos. Some casinos handle complaints fast to show they care about their players. But casinos like Casinopunkz might still be fixing their support systems, especially if they have many requests. Waiting can be annoying, but if they’re trying to get better, things might improve soon. A good support team is key for any casino that wants to keep its players happy and stay with your casino.

One of the best in the forum? It's not even a month old, they have no support at all (the live chat button clicks, and it always says that agents are not available). Network congestion has nothing to do with this, they haven't sent the transaction at all and it's been 24 hours not 4. I've never seen something like this.
I am only concerned about the decentralized nature.of the casino and not the ages of the casino. If a casino only ask your.to input your email and password for the registration or sign up then it is good to call it best because there some that we registered with almost.all our information yet that is not enough we still update and upgrade KYC at all levels. Some even lure us with level up bonuses to submit KYC though I don't know if this casino will also ask for KYC in the withdrawal time. And since you have withdraw it before you will know better if KYC.is required or not. And as I said if it is more than 24hours and you have not received your withdrawal then there is an issue. So you have to communicate with them by sending emails.or through the representative here in the forum.

Your casino seems nice aesthetically, but a few problems:

- You have 'Instant' in your website name, but my withdraw has been pending for the last 4 hours
- You mention '24/7' live chat, but for the last 4 hours the chat has been unavailable
- Same as user above, there's lag in all slots
4 hours to wait is not a problem. There might be network problem or it is congestion of the transaction. There are sometimes we wait for 24hours for transaction to confirm. Mostly when we doing internal transfer from exchange to exchange which is in normal days when network is good and there is no congestion, it is just within 5 minutes interval, we have received the coins. So I still huge you to wait patiently if you have not received it till now and can only lay the complain tomorrow. I just checked the website and see if what you said is in the website but it is not. There is no where I saw instant withdrawal in the casino. But the livechat button ✅ is not clicking I don't know if they have another link on that but you can only send message to the live support customer service.

If it is correct, then it must be related to the terms of this casino where players are allowed to withdraw maximum 5000EUR per day.

Perhaps your withdrawal will be cancelled due to exceeding the daily withdrawal limit (if my guess is correct about your withdrawal amount) and they will ask you to create new request that no more than the limit.


Didn't see those terms, not a good look to have limits like that. No they haven't answered any support email. At this point I don't know if it's better to cancel the withdraw and make a new one within the limit or not. That part of the ToS mentions it is because of security reasons in case of an account breach (...), so they could just answer any of the emails I sent confirming it's me.

There was a similar issue raised by someone here - Casinopunkz Withdrawal Pending. But since the OP is active and running a campaign, I’m confident this matter will be resolved soon. Just be patient as most casinos typically process withdrawals within a 24-hour timeframe.

One of the things that makes me not use many casinos, is that in addition to some becoming scams, others that are honest have problems with not being quick when processing withdrawals. There was a time when I used a certain casino, I played and won and when it was time to withdraw $30, they took many hours. Since that day I have not used the casino again, because it does not make sense that when depositing money it arrives quickly, but when withdrawing money it is not as fast. Regarding this casino, they may have this negative side of being slow when withdrawing money, but they have the positive side that they are not asking for KYC.
