Yes that is totally correct! not only the team will be beneficial on this project but also those who will invest on this great project and those who will use this project as their main data storage for their safety and security purposes. Even they started the 2nd round of ICO, they have given a higher rate. I just don't remember what rating is about (forgot) but out 5, CASPER API given 4.5 rate which is very higher to ICO project.
