This is bad for traders who holds anonymous coin well, I don't blame the government they just want to control the overall transaction of cryptocurrency.
Well if hackers would definitely hack the system of Japan trading they couldn't use any anonymous coin thus they will use other coins for transaction.

It is difficult to predict whether this ban will affect the development of the crypto industry in Japan

Wow, i've been waiting for this news!
Nevertheless I was quite sure that MAIN SALE will be on 30 of JUNE. Why did Casper decided to postpone ICO?
